Sabja / Basil Seed - 1 tbsp
Water - ½ cup
Mint Leaves - Handful
Coriander Leaves - Handful
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Roasted Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Green Chilli - 3 or 4
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp
Water - 3-4 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Club Soda - 3 glass

I don't get the point of this recipe and why it is suddenly so popular. Why would anyone drink a shot glass of spicy chutney in summers? How would it be served at home if it gets so messy?
