@@ChenChenLeague guess it also depends on the squishyness of enemy team and then hence the synergy with collector and I.E. Chen Chen, would love to see a type of build that allows (and works well with..) collector rush. This opens up a ton for Akshan and snowball potential, and since u said this new item shouldnt be first ;) Collector first gives options for finishing the build

The damage he was doing was either from the item, or it’s bugged. 1.5 seconds of E at 1 item does NOT do 600 like it did at the video
