8 years ago I began a search for a good Kawasaki Voyager xii. After 5 years I found a stunning 1991 model with just over 10,000 original miles on it, fully documented, and the guy selling it had owned it from 400 miles old.
I quickly arranged to see the bike, fell in love on the spot, and didn't barter him a single dime on the price. I truly felt sorry for him as he was only selling it because his wife was forcing his hand.
3 years later and I have done 3,000 miles on it, and it has so much character it defies belief. I love the sound of the exhaust as you open her up, and she is so stable on the highway. My 16 year old son loves riding pillion, saying the pillion seat is like an armchair.
At 32 years old (the bike) I am amazed that everything works just as it did the day it left the factory. Indeed the bike itself looks pretty much as it would have done back in 1991. No nasty noises, no smoke, no oily smells, and for such an old bike it goes too. I reckon my Voyager is the match for this one in the video...except mine ain't for sale!
    Regards, Bib.

I am driving 500 miles in the morning to get one of these! I found a 1986 with 17,000 miles on it and it was stored indoors whenever it was not used. I am so glad I found it, only $1000.00!

My uncle had a 1986 model. Looked just like that. His was a burgundy red color. Took that thing cross country a few times. Smoothest riding bike comparable to the Honda Gold Wing.

I have a 1986 , Voyager in red , when it's detailed out it beautiful . I've owned many bikes , I also have a 1989 Yamaha venture Royale ( both for sale ) but the one I like the most is this bike , just a great bike.

Amazingly maintained and beautiful appearance. The voyager xii was an amazing sport luxury tourer that bested the Goldwing 1200 in performance and cost less. With brake and suspension improvements this is a relevant machine for today. Love it!
