Tashi Delek Dolma la, yes I was appointed to speak majorly in English considering the fact that the delegates were Non-tibetans. Thank you for tuning in though! I don't really feel upset with your comment, you must have not known this. If some Tibetan brother or sister is reading this, please pay heed - social media is a wonderful platform.
