Great job Chris 👏🏾 The Kona is on our shortlist as well for our daughter. Keep us updated 🎉 My first car was a '76 Mustang Cobra II... it wasn't the greatest, but it was mine
@@timw2083 We have run into an intermittent problem with the lights that hasn't been sorted yet (we posted a video on it if you're curious), but other than that it's been an amazing car. Thanks for sharing and for watching!
I loved that car. Would probably still have it if it had any hint of reliability. Had to eventually sell it to buy a car that would get me to work EVERY day. 🤣 Thanks for watching!
Keep her grounded, don't let her run up debt and make sure she pays her own way and learns responsibility for finance and money. Don't hand things on a plate or provide all the answers. She'll never learn. Treats and surprises are good. Kindness and humility wins.
Excellent review! I wish your daughter the best of luck with her new car. My first car was a 1974 Plymouth Cuda.
Nice! 💪🏾 Thanks for sharing and for watching!

Yo! How you been? Miss seeing you guys.
@@AutoAcademics I’ve been good! You got a driver now??? That’s unbelievable. We miss you all too
@@bbrownasu Yeah, man. Crazy, right? Give my best to the family!
1972 VW Beetle was my first car. What a nice birthday surprise 🎉

Good choice for a young driver. Enough safety and tech, but not a street racer.
Exactly. AND it's easy on fuel, too! 😂 As always, thanks for watching!

You bought that car for the huge smile and hug from your baby girl.
That, too! As always, thanks for watching!
Solid choice for a new driver.
Mines was a 1983 gold Plymouth Reliant 2 door…..a straight “narc” car! 😂
@@toddwatkins9666 😂 Legend!
1969 Mustang Mach I 350 CI Burgundy with hood scoop, pins and *old stripe !
@@jeffsena9140 Nice. That was the original color of mine, too. Mine had a 351 Windsor.
