I'm from Hanumangarh District, Rajasthan. Fort Name was BHATNER ( भटनेर दुर्ग ) and Now Fort Name is Hanumangarh Fort. Actually Hanumangarh Old name was Bhatner. In 15th century Bhati RAJPUT ATTACKED Mugal king and Won this fort. That day was Tuesday ( मंगलवार ). We Hindu believe that Tuesday is belongs to Lord Hanuman. So Bhatner City Become Hanumangarh. Guys- Have a look - The city looks very clean. I am surprised. How come this city is so clean?
There are quite a few Indian restaurants and vegetarian food is no problem in Tashkent. Similarly, you can just enter Georgian Food, Azerbaijan food in google, land in an Azeri or Georgian restaurant and they have quite a few pure vegetarian dishes. Its not very difficult to think of options and find one. Even ANY Uzbek cafe / restaurant offers wide variety of Salads which are pure veg, In worst case one can order BLINNI (Pan cakes with cottage cheese etc) and eat it with tea plus Cucumber-Tomato salad which is available in EVERY CENTRAL ASIAN COUNTRY!
