The character design are great and reactions are also great but I think there is one flaws here in your video and that is athy smiling or smirking. She should me shock or what so ever because the people that are reacting is the characters in the lovely princess not your au (alternative universe).
Well anthy become psycho because of her father who use black magic to forget her mother on the other hand cluade become cruel because of his father. So we can't say that they are evil . Every demon was once angel . So if you meet a criminal. Its also has story . Sometime they have mental problems or something
