I owe a HONDA AVIATOR 2015, and @ the air filter(where you have a fluorescent pipe in your bike) it "Leaks the Engine Oil all the time",
I believe its Coming from the engine's tappets OIL overflow Pipe.
I made the refill two times (800 ML ) only.
I may need help as the local mechanic says i should go for the engine bore, and certainly its not the reason.
Need your Expert Suggestion.

I just went to mechanic to service my scooter and he told me to buy some spare parts.hence i went to honda activa dealer to buy some spare parts and on waiting in the hall i came to see your site in the youtube and it is useful to identify some parts .That dealer informed all the mechanics that if you do not service properlly all cutomer will do themself

Why petrol leakage happen from the overflow pipe?
If your petrol is leaking you can clean carborator because if you standby your scooty it will leak petrol

Hi jhampa, 1month ago I took new maestro edge and today morning I saw oil on the rear tyre. The break oil has leaked out and there is no more break oil left in it even the nut is missing. I wanted to ask that can I use my scooter without break oil until I get it serviced?

one tip for all the viewers - never wash your scooter with surfexcel.
Today I got my activa serviced, and that mechanic washed with surfexcel and I noticed some paint removed from the front.
If anybody can tell me what should I do to restore paint.

i would like to add 3 things for this video and if u want u can include this info in ur next video...
1) if u r doing an oil change u also need to clean the oil strainer located on the kick side so that all the deposits are removed completely...
2) after cleaning the secondary air filter with petrol let the filter dry completely n later u must soak the secondary filter in fresh oil n squeeze a little to remove access oil from the filter this way micro dust particals will stick on oil and prevent from sucked in with air into the engine...
3) also the recommended measurement to fill gear oil into gear box is only 120ml... not 200ml...access oil can break the oil seal and start to leak over the period of time...rest ur videos are very informative keep it up all the very best for ur future

oil strainer must b cleaned every 12k kms not necessary with every oil change...i would request every one to go through ur owners manual for all the details related to service n maintenance of ur vehicle for better results... i hope i have cleared ur doubts thanx for replying back
oil change interval for honda activa is every 4k kms or 4mths and correct measure is 700ml only...plz note filling proper quantity is very important for over all performance of the engine.

You impressed me buddy. You are talking about handing over black oil back to Honda in order to save environment. That's awesome. One request, please use hand gloves next time as many people will be copying you. Engine oil is quite dangerous and it affects 1 in 1000 people.

Bro just one suggestion from me. Don't open the tight nut - bolts by your socket set. You may alternate it with a tight - tommy, because if you use the ratchet from the socket set, it will ultimately damage it's mechanism and the whole socket set will remain useless. Even for fixing the nut - bolts tightly you may follow the same. Otherwise your videos are just awesome!

I serviced my 2008 activa yesterday, everything went fine. While opening up, i couldn't find find any lock wire. It was until i put everything back together i couldn't open the activa seat. Its locked and the key can't open it up. What should i do now 😢

the denotation on the gear box area says 0.12 L or 120 ml, but you said that 200 ml for the gearbox, and 800 ml for the main engine, but there is also a denotation that says 900 ml or 0.9 L? which is true? or that differs from model to model?

Bhai Mai jab mera activa self start karta hu toh engine me se bahot jor kaa sound aata hai jaise koi steel plate par hammer maar raha hai...service centre waale bol rahe hai ki crankshaft kharaab ho gaya hai...Bhai is this issue of crankshaft or selfstart...and service centre waale bol rahe ki crankshaft 3800 kaa ayega aur bola ki jyada brake dabane se crankshaft kharaab ho gaya hai...so Bhai please help what to do...and what's the issue.. please
