Nice demo and presentation. We love to have a presentation about Odoo ERP for Wholesale and Distribution, integrated with field service for Van and Truck distribution.
I have been using since OpenERP 😳 but I’ve never found this functionally. Here’s my question; Let’s say we purchase a case of Product “x” that’s 4/1GL liquids for $10 and sell for $20. We GROSS $10 per case. We also allow SOME products to be split. So Product “Y” 4/1GL (same as “x”) but we also allow the customer to purchase by the single unit, 1GL. Again only on specific products. Our biggest problem I’ve had; how do we then up charge that single unit vs 😮cs? Let’s say Product “Y” 4/1GL $10 - Sell $20 - $2.50 per 1GL. So default variable is Product “Y” split from the master case = $2.50 cost per 1GL but we need to sell that item for $7.50 instead of $5 that the system would automatically calculate the variable. So cost $10 - 1GL $7.50 x 4 = $30 = $20 GROSS profit. Only way I’ve found would be create another produce as EA, use MRP to make the splits or quick and dirty stock quantity adjustment. Neither of those are easy or correct.
