I thought it would be fun to revisit and simple but fun idea I came up with a couple years back: assign one fragrance to 10 different common life scenarios. These 10 fragrances could make up an entire wardrobe of scents--theoretically the only ones a man would need.
However, as I mention in the video, the scenarios themselves are much more important than the fragrances I'm filling them with--my choices are merely guidelines. I invite you to exercise the same type of thoughtfulness in your fragrances wearing with your own current wardrobe!

I love Tom Ford Beau De Jour. It could easily be a signature scent worn all year long. The price is what is keeping me from that. I have relegated it to special occasions.
I love this channel for taking the approach of putting fragrances into context, mood and painting an overall picture of how they could work to enhance a certain occasion, weather or mood. Much better than saying which fragrance is "a compliment beast" or complaining about "poor performance" when in fact people simply go anosmic and don't realise it. Kudos

Oh ya. I just picked up Bogart Pour Homme a few weeks ago and love it. It makes me think of if Le Male had a stronger semi- sweet tobacco.
Fits my need for a work tobacco.
Finally someone reviews Gucci Oud intense… it’s been my go to fragrance for years.. I am having a hard time finding anything better and I’ve been collecting for years now and nothing beats it
Its always refreshing to get your take on designer fragrances. I have Eau Sauvage and Bogart, definetly more functional fragrances. Ocean EDP sounds interesting.

I categorize how i wear a lot of my fragrances for the most part but sometimes i miss how a specific one smells and wear it no matter the situation. Like a couple days ago it would have been better suited to wear a warm weather semi sophisticated scent but i just felt like wearing Naxos
I may have to put some of these on my Wish List. Especially as I thin out my collection this year. I'm moving more toward designer niche. In with the new. Out with the old.

I like how over the weeks I’ve seen you warming to Prada ocean edp.
On the Pasha De Cartier Absolu I get about 3-4 hours of wear BEFORE it STARTS to sit CLOSE to the SKIN and an OVERALL wear of 8 TO 12 hours. OBVIOUSLY everyone's skin CHEMISTRY is DIFFERENT. GREAT fragrance!

I'd been looking for an "everyday" fragrance for years. Something that would remind me of the days my Dad wore his signature (Grey Flannel), but different and better. A scent that someone would remember me by. I bought Bottega Veneta Pour Homme based on your recommendation and this is The One (pardon the pun, D&G). I also purchased Bogart Pour Homme. This is a great cheapie which is right up my alley. I'm considering other fragrances from your list. Although I don't own any NICHE colognes (due to price). I'm quite interested, but only one. I would like to see a video on those fragrances you would consider all-around scents for any season/category. Have you done this type of video? Thanks. PEACE.

Great video Justin, L’Homme EDT sounds like a nice fragrance that I’ll have to try.
Intense Oud is a little hard to get. I would suggest getting Honey Aoud as a substitute. Has the oud and the leather without the rose that most oud frags have. It is also cheaper and you get more for your money.
Bogart pour homme ♥️ one of the best bang for Buck fragrances

Justin! Did you hear about the newly released (this month) Bvlgari Pour Homme Eau de Parfum? The EDT was released in 1996 and is literally, LITERALLY my favorite fragrance out of the hundreds I own. Check out the note breakdown on the original (EDT): that alone should entice you. I wonder who’s going to be the first to review the EDP? Would love your take on it

Ok so for me as far as designer fragrances goes, I love the scent of Guerlain L’Homme Ideal on a man and one not mentioned so honorable mention from me is Tom Ford Extreme. Sexy sexy. 🎉

Summer nights are a big blind spot for me, particularly since I live in the South where it can be 80° at night. Right now I’m hanging my hat on Y EDP and Guerlain Homme EDP. I have a mini bottle of Terre D’Hermes Parfum I haven’t cracked yet, but I think should work.

Lhomme ideal is my fave! I also have Eau sauvage parfum and my Eau Givree is in the mail!! Can’t wait to try it.
Pasha parfum was perfection from that line, not sure it can go up after that, but going to give the new one a smell. Beautiful bottle.

Only designer fragrances you need are Gucci guilty pour femme (yes as a man), Armani code parfum, azzaro most wanted parfum and D&G light blue forever
Try cdnim oud… by Christian provenzano … it smells soo good. I heard someone compare it to erba pura. But. I haven’t tried that before. I know that the animalistic smell fills the box that it sits in until you spray it.. then it’s fruity with the oud undertone.. you have to review it.
I also heard it smells like Erba Pura and that turned me off. Not a fan of that one. But maybe I’ll come around to the Armaf sometime.

What are some aquatic/ oceanic fragrances that are suitable year round.
Idk man. I don't wear mine during the winter months unless I'm going to the gym. Then it's Versace man eau fraiche or DG light blue Intense
Any fresh fragrance is suitable year round. They just may not be as detectable in very cold air. But if you are often in climate controlled environments, then you’ll be just fine. But I enjoy Kenzo Homme EDP, Precious Liquid Blue Agave, and Tom Ford Oud Minerale.
@@stayfreshproductions I prefer the more oceanic scents and I stay in Indiana so I was wondering which ones would be ideal for that kind of weather. Might check out the prada Luna Rossa ocean EDP too.
Since I started collecting niches, I’ve sold all of my designer bottles since I don’t have much space in my place 😶🌫️

I think Antaeus is even worse than Tuscan Leather for the beach, LOL.. Love Botega and here I can get any of this collection, I really don't think the new line is as good. Eau Givree is incredible. Great choices. I smelled Pasha Noir Absolu, have to give it a full wear though. My go to showstoppers is still Gucci Guilty Absolu and Givenchy Gentleman (1974). Encre Noir A l extreme is another.

Dior "Eau sauvage parfum" est une eau de parfum magnifique, je l'ai reçue en cadeau il y a un moment déjà de la part d'une amie, et ça a été une belle découverte pour moi. Il dure des heures et des heures sur ma peau, c'est très élégant, et le pulvérisateur de ce parfum est l'un des meilleurs que je connaisse. J'ai aussi un coup de cœur pour "Beau de jour" de Tom Ford que j'ai découvert en magasin il y a quelques mois, un parfum d'une grande classe, et très raffiné, il dure très longtemps sur les vêtements.

That Cartier Pasha de Cartier Noir Absolu smells like stale urine in the opening. If you have kids you know. The opening is not good. But if you can get past that, like 45 minutes past it. It turns into something nice.
