Well this was already built, it’s only a renovation. It’s in the middle of a busy city center. So parking is probably expensive and tricky, but it’s well connected via underground trains.

I hope they built some kind of solarpower. Like, they can flow water along the outer walls and use that to cool down the interior, and the excess heat can be used for the restaurants heating. Just an idea.
