Started out bad due to stabbing with the tool and bleeding, but once u started just squeezing several at a time, it is the best in my opinion. Skin looks great after - just dont use the tool to stab and puncture skin. Not necessary.

Much better than a lot of videos I've watched from overseas. But, as noted by others, don't be in such a hurry that whiteheads and blackhead contents are not completely cleaned out. It helps to keep your working area clean from blood, and there are big whitehead pools that need to be cleaned out. If all the contents are not removed, oxygen comes in through the new opening and oxidizes the contents into blackheads. But, again, a much better effort than a lot of cringeworthy videos out there.

I've been in this field for almost 20 years. This woman did an excellent job, and is actually using a technique that most if not all use. Everyone has a different approach on how they do extractions. I see so many people in the comments in this video and pretty much all the other videos criticizing these people, and accusing them of not doing their job correctly, because they are doing opposite of what many people think they should do, or what they want them to do, which if they had their way, those patients would have a scarred face, and be in some terrible pain. A 15-minute hot steam bath to open the pores and then use a suction device would often do the trick. They often stress the connective tissue too much and also prick too deep with the needle

There’s no way she needs that needle to get the blackhead out just a good squeeze & it would come straight out even I can see that she’s just making it worse for herself & cutting the patient skin open
They don't knick the skin for the hell of it. They can look at a pore and tell if it is going to be easy to extract or if it will need to be knicked because the blackhead or whitehead is sitting under the skin. They would have to push so hard to break through those layers and all that dead skin on top of that. They would seriously hurt the patient and scar the hell out of the tissue. But once again, delusional people in the comment section seem to think they are more qualified and know better than the techs in this video, when in fact most of them don't know anything about what they are doing. I've been doing this almost 20 years and even I don't make comments about claiming to know better than the techs.
You may be right. There were probably some that the tech didn't need to poke with the needle. Either way, the skin will still be irritated. But, perhaps not as irritated if they unnecessarily use that needle.

I think that everyone has good points about lancing/ probing/ not probing Sometimes it’s necessary to use a small gauge lancet to probe the pimple which loosens it from the pore. Actually I would rather that be done than the extra pressure that is applied leaving deep nail marks. Even Elisa does that before she starts to record which she calls de capping. Using steam first could open the pores to make the procedure easier. One thing that she could would start to squeeze first & then use the lancet if the pimple is “stubborn”.
Okay so why do you think ENILSA is so great that all others need to meet her standard and use her strategies? She’s no better than anyone else and yes I’ve watched her
@@christinestewart9374 She's better because she doesn't leave the extractions all over the client's face and leave it on her gloves. She also regularly changes her cotton swabs. And she exfoliates and washes the client's faces too. Cleaner environment. Enilsa just takes better care of her client's skin overall. She's gotten better results than any of the other techs. She's been doing this line of work for 40 years and you can tell. Enilsa is a true professional.
