Out of all the film I've watched of penix, williams, McCarthy, and a couple games of maye, this is the best performance I've seen. Nix showed all the traits that every good NFL qb has have, timing, anticipation, accuracy to all 3 levels of the field, legit arm strength, athleticism, etc. I could see him falling to a sean payton and being the best or second best QB in this class.
@@broncosfannum24 well we'll see about him being the top or second best QB in the class, I think anyone could have predicted him going to the broncos lol
@@broncosfannum24 That's for sure, high picks may get an extra year to prove themselves whereas lesser draft picks may only get a series or a game to prove themselves. Teams are becoming less patient though over time with high picks, just look at the 2021 QB draft class. Hard to believe they're all only worth a 6th just 3 years later (except trey lance somehow when he's clearly the worst out of all of them)

@@jevinjohnson4961 same. But I didn't think they'd pick him at 12. The higher someone drafts you, more likely they're willing to make it work

Mitch Trubisky 2.0
Yeah sorry I disagree. Mitch was a single year stud vs a several year starter
Not even close.
