One thing I have learned during my years of aging is NOTHING makes my body feel younger than the 80's rock music of my generation. I am retired after welding for the same company here in Texas for 30 years. The 80's rock music playing through my ear buds is what kept me going through all those hot summers and cold winters. Now whenever I need a boost in life I put on the classic rock music from the 80's "Hair Bands". It's like an instant fountain of youth for me. ❤️
