Today has been so rainy and so cold, i had soup for lunch, we’re baking Jane’s Patisserie gingerbread & white chocolate cookies… this is the perfect thing to add to my Saturday! Basically feels like vlogmas🤣 just need a puzzle & an advent calendar choc!
My niece is the same age as Ottie and she loves playing with water. It’s really easy to just put together kitchen supplies outside and let them loose. It’s especially fun to transport water from one bucket to another 🩷🩷
I loved seeing Ottie so curious and excited about the butterflies 🦋 You could do a craft activity with Ottie where you and her make something for the new baby’s room. It would be a wonderful memory and keepsake. Since she loved the butterflies so much you could order a butterfly kit and watch the caterpillars 🐛 change into butterflies. I think she would love that.
I’ve been making sure I’m all cosy in front of the tv for 5pm every day lately. These vlogust videos are the highlight of my day, I look forward to them so much. My boyfriend has even started sitting and watching them with me 😆

It makes me so sad I’m watching along now and my kids are all grown up, yet brings me so many lovely memories seeing you with Ottie! Just reminds how fast the time goes. And even tho I’m not at baby, pregnant or toddler stage, your videos gave me escape through those times and yet I love to watch them now even tho its not relevant to me. I don't know about anyone else but I tend to watch a new vlog for the first time either on my TV or phone and then put old vlogs on in the background while I'm doing house stuff! So I can take the new vlog in properly but old ones are like a comfort background noise you can tune in and out of 😂❤
It depends on what TH-camr I’m watching! With yours and Alfie’s I always save them for when I have time to actually sit and watch! It’s usually at night before I go to bed I’m like “got to catch up with Alfie, Zoe, Nala, and Ottie!” So I watch it on my phone usually in bed, to wind down for the day! For me it’s always like just having a daily “chat” almost with my besties. Lol.
Don’t feel like you have to do something everyday. Children need to learn to play alone and entertain themselves too. My daughter is 10 and we have always done this, they don’t always need occupied and doing something. She is now the most independent child with the best imagination ever.

Ooh for activities definitely look into wet felting! It's this special wool that you can get wet with just warm water and a neutral soap bar and then you can make all kinds of things with it. It was my favorite activity as a kid. Ottie is still a little too young for it maybe and it is quite messy (but just with water) but it's so much fun and doing it with my mum are some really great memories for me.

I usually watch your videos in the morning, under a blanket with a cup of tea. It's usually on weekends, so I'm always a bit behind. These vlogs couldn't have come at a better time for me, as I'm pregnant with my first and feeling a bit anxious about it. This is a safe space ❤️
I like watching these videos when I'm getting ready for the day or winding down, when I'm folding laundry or when i just wanna relax for a bit. I'm usually on my phone but sometimes I'll watch on TV.

I started watching you when I was around 12 and it's crazy to me how excited I still get when you upload a vlog. I definitely wait to watch a vlog when im free and cozy with some snacks or a drink. I'm not sure about in the UK, but here in America, library story time is always great for little kids. Story, music, crafts and it last about an hour and is totally free.

I don't know about anyone else but I tend to watch a new vlog for the first time either on my TV or phone and then put old vlogs on in the background while I'm doing house stuff! So I can take the new vlog in properly but old ones are like a comfort background noise you can tune in and out of 😂❤
It depends on what TH-camr I’m watching! With yours and Alfie’s I always save them for when I have time to actually sit and watch! It’s usually at night before I go to bed I’m like “got to catch up with Alfie, Zoe, Nala, and Ottie!” So I watch it on my phone usually in bed, to wind down for the day! For me it’s always like just having a daily “chat” almost with my besties. Lol.
Don’t feel like you have to do something everyday. Children need to learn to play alone and entertain themselves too. My daughter is 10 and we have always done this, they don’t always need occupied and doing something. She is now the most independent child with the best imagination ever.

Ooh for activities definitely look into wet felting! It's this special wool that you can get wet with just warm water and a neutral soap bar and then you can make all kinds of things with it. It was my favorite activity as a kid. Ottie is still a little too young for it maybe and it is quite messy (but just with water) but it's so much fun and doing it with my mum are some really great memories for me.
