Sometimes when i'm making a song into a nightcore version, it totally shocks me how hard the nightcore version goes, so I get what you mean.

The problem with this version of the song is that its now impossible for me to appreciate the original version, purely because the tempo is too slow 😪But dont get me wrong, I love Sleep Token and will continue to support them any way I can.
Nightcore version sounds pretty good! Although I still prefer the original, Vessel's voice is just so hauntingly beautiful and the slower tempo of the original makes it sound so dark and ethereal. Still a good job my dude!
Thanks, and yes, I agree with all your points. The slow tempo and haunting sound is exactly what made me love their music, and millions of people worldwide seem to agree with that sentiment.

Unpopular opinion - this version is worse because it's shorter due to faster tempo. I feel like I've been robbed of 30 seconds of good music.
I understand what you mean, and I respect your opinion. So does that mean you generally stay away from the Nightcore genre because the edited songs tend to be shorter?
@@KingEmjay I know nothing about Nightcore and honestly my comment was a bit tongue in cheek, but yeah, I do like to bask in the music and higher tempos tend to put me off, but at the same time I recognize that editing songs in that way can make them catchier to some people.
@@MikeThePole Fair point my dude. Nightcore is all about speeding up the tempo of the original song and increasing the pitch. I understand that this does not appeal to everyone, however as you can probably tell, there a loads of people, including myself, who love Nightcore. But as I said before, I value people's comments and respect everyone's opinions, regardless of what it may be 🙂
I feel like most people who get into nightcore do it with faster songs usually. Then once they have begun to enjoy it, they seem to like it for most other slower songs as well, at least this is my case. I can see why you aren't a fan of it from this!

@@KingEmjay Of course! It's weird hearing how much more energetic it sounds at this tempo, makes me wonder why they chose to keep it so slow on the album. To me, it sounds like something that Linkin Park could've written for the Cyberpunk Edgerunners soundtrack if Chester were still with us. Keep up the great work!
