Thanks for the video, I just installed a 75 inch tv with this mount and I noticed I can turn it left or right to make it level almost as if something was loose, do you know how I can tighten it so it stays level all the time?
There are nuts that need to be tightened to ensure this. I would recommend some medium strength threadlocker on this nuts. When you get a big tv and you move it, it kinda acts as a lever on the pilot point making it harder to lock the pivot point down since very little force from the edge of your TV equals a lot of force at the central pivot.
After spending the last 6 hours trying to mount my first tv, and almost destroying it in the process, I am SO GLAD I found your tutorial. I ended up reassembling per your guide, and got it done in under half an hr. THANK YOU!!!!!!! Easy to understand.

Is your locking mechanism broken and actuator on? Does everything line up? Come on people use some.basic troubleshooting skills.
