One of my biggest struggles with weight loss is making delicious low calorie dishes where I don’t feel deprived. I all the ingredients for this so I’m excited to make this tonight! Thank you so much!
I'm usually not a big fan of a lot of diet recipes, but this is one of the strongest exceptions. Genuinely delicious, easy to make, and I'd highly recommend it.
I've made this twice in one week and absolutely love it! The original recipe was a bit too spicy and salty for my taste buds, so I switched to 5g gochujang, 15g low-sodium soy sauce, left out the extra pinch of salt, and added a tablespoon of water to the sauce mixture. For my taste buds, perfection, and if my calculations are accurate, results in 300-400mg less sodium in the dish. Thank you, Felu!
i made these the other day and it slapped hard. had some leftover gochujang in my fridge from last year and i’ve never thought of using pb2 for a savory dish like this. you a gangsta!! thanks for the recipe
Been using the sauce, but have had to substitute spicy garlic paste as gochujang is hard to come by apparently here. Really good dish and think next time I will add some egg beaters to make drunk man noodles which is one of my favorites.
I fancied a vegan noodle dish so I used 100g tofu and added lots of low calorie veggies like cabbage, mushrooms and lentil sprouts. It was great and I am full for once. 😅The sauce is great and your trick of dryfrying the noodles really helps! TYSM!
I've never tried these noodles, but I know flavor profiles, and you had me at "rice wine vinegar for acidity". You created a perfect flavor. I will try. Thank you.
I was put off from using these noodles in the past due to the initial smell. But if you wash them well (I used cold then boiling water) they are fab! And I just make this recipe and used vegetarian mince instead of chicken. It was Amazing and so filling! TRY IT! 😃
This was absolutely fantastic. Replaced the rice vinegar with lime juice as I forgot to buy it but followed exact recipe otherwise. Can't get over how good it tasted with such few calories!!
Felu this is an AMAZING recipe. I just made this with some alterations for my calories/macros: double sauce, double chicken, and some Udon noodles. With the shirataki the volume of food is incredible and the taste is EXCELLENT! I will be trying more of your recipes!
I used regular peanut butter, along with a Korean bbq sauce and some sriracha and it was amazing. Chicken thighs would probably work better than breast, considering it needs to cook for a bit and won’t dry out like breast meat will. But I didn’t use any meat, just mushrooms and 1/2 bell pepper and 1/2 onion.
Ive been making a ton of your recipes the last two weeks and they are great!!! Thanks so much! You make everything I like to eat but way healthier and with simple to follow directions!!!!!!!
I really like this dish for it's simplicity but I made some changes to preparing the sauce as it came out way to salty for me when using 30ml of soy sauce. I'd first mix the PB2 with water to a thick paste and then add all the other ingredients according to your recipe except for the soy sauce from which I add as much as I like and if the sauce is still to thick I'll add more water. Thanks for your easy and delicious recipes, they helped me a lot loosing a weight without renouncing on tasty food.
Tried this without the Korean seasoning but instead a liquid seasoning since it’s the one I have available. But hey, it turned out still very tasty!! Thanks for the recipe!!
I know this is a year old, but i made this today... with just the addition of thia chilis. It was freaking good! Got the nod of approval from my two teenagers as well. I did leave out the sesame oil though, but used half that of avacado oil since it is fairly nutral and i had it on hand.
One month ago I posted this when you were under 25k subscribers. Today I saw that you broke 100k. Congratulations it is truly deserved! Your videos are simple, and the meals delicious, which is what I think is selling so well.
I follow all of the low cal / macro friendly cooks on here but I have to say you are the best so far! I'm a cook myself and I was waiting for more gourmet / variety dishes and you certainly have it down! I'm officially a fan and will do what I can to support your channel!
love this!! Can really taste the sweet, spice, and smokey flavours. I also added some corn and spinach as well, tastes like a restaurant quality dish and only 400 calories total w/ the additions.
I made this and it was incredible! I am trying to do meal prep for college so I made it for dinner and saved some for the next day. Coming immediately out the noodles were springy and constituted. The peanut powder was a little bit grainy, but that may have been from too much heat. I also made it for my other non-dieting family and they loved the noodles as well. Coming back from vacation, this was incredibly filling and killed my cravings. Actually, the next day after cooking with the sauce, it tasted even better! The sauce smoothed out and the flavors mixed together. The noodles are a bit pricey, but considering how far-superior it is in longevity, flavor, texture, convenience, and of course calories when compared to other gluten-free options, its a miracle that something like this should even exist. Definitely a meal-prep W!
whaaat i just made this with some shrimp and vegetables and it was amazing! ive never gotten these noodles to taste that great before, thank you for making this video!
This is life changing . I have just made this and will continue to make it every night! Thank you so much or the recipe, it really helps with my hunger
Just made these with fettuccine shirataki (subbed out the rice vinegar for white vinegar + sweetener, and the sesame oil with chili oil). I added stir fry veggies and mushrooms as well. May be my infinite hunger speaking but it was the best thing I've had in a long long time. Delicious for only 450 calories, gonna be a staple in my cutting diet for sure. Already ordered more shirataki.
Maybe when you get thousands of followers you won’t see my comment so now is the time: this is actually amazing! Few low calorie recipes live up to my expectations and this is one of them. I hope you get a lot of subs. Thanks!
I just made this last night and was amazed! I have never liked miracle noodles, but the flavor turned me around, I am going to the store to buy more noodles, doubling the noodles and adding veggies!
Feluuuuu omg!!!! I just made this morning and the plan was to have it for lunch or dinner but as soon as I tasted it, it became breakfast! This is so yummy!
Just made this, eating it right now (out of the pan as suggested). The sauce is delicious, chicken is good, noodles are just OK. Definitely not as good as regular rice or wheat noodles, but if you're craving noodles and are on a strict diet, these will give you the noodly fix you desire. I trust that thanks to Felu's method they're as good as can be, however. Also, very filling. I'm struggling to finish this and I made it exactly as the recipe said, same amts of everything. I can't believe it's all under 350 calories. I would have blown past that on a snack cake or a couple of cookies not long ago.
Just did this and love it !!! I found the sauce very "dense" in terms of taste. but once you toss into it some steamed veggies , the flavour have more room and oh my..what a feast !!! Also big up for the konjaku noodle tip! It almost feels like rice noodles !
It's a fantastic recipe! So quick, and the sauce is gutsy enough to make the noodles taste palatable. I found adding a bit of sweetness (from mirin or stevia or whatever's on hand) makes it slightly better in my opinion.
WOW WOW WOW, made this last night and is EASILY the best homemade dinner i've ever had, so much flavour and the tingle on the lips after from the spice was elite!!!!
Not a big thing but USDA puts 100g chicken breast at approx 160 cals and 31g protein and you've stated 150g. macros provided for 150g chicken might look more like 410 Cal, 17C 9F and 57P which is still absolutely ridiculous. I have since attempted this and can confirm its filling and satisfies a craving for satay!
Made this for lunch today and it was bomb. Super filling and absolutely delicious with some msg on top. I’m surprised this channel only has 100k subscribers!!
I just tried this and it was pretty good! I had to use white win vinegar instead so it may have changed it a bit. I bought the go chu Jang a while back because I see you use it quite a bit but haven't actually tried it. It has a very unique but delicious flavor that I'm excited to mix into my diet!
Moin / Hi, I love those frozen Asia / Chinese Veggie Mixes, especially the "Gemüsepfanne Asiatische Art" from Aldi (Nord) heres how i like to prepare them: About 1/2 Bag of Asia Veggetable Mix from Aldi Nord, 200g Turkey in bite-size strips, 2 Tablespoon Sojsauce, 2 Tablespoons Sweet Chili Siracha, 1 Tablespoon Ajvar spicy, 1 Tablespoon of Peanutbutter Crunchy, 1 Pack of 200g Shirataki Noodles. Heat Pan and add the Turkey Stripes, than add the Shirataki and fry them Mix the Sojsauce, Siracha, Ajvar and Peanutbutter and add them to the Shirataki and mix them well Add the Veggies, mix them together, put lid on pan and turn heat to low and let it steam for about 5min Serve with some chopped Springonions on top Hope you like it
I finally tried this today. I think my sauce was a little more runny, and I used ramen style noodles that didn't really absorb the sauce, but it was tasty. Thanks for the recipe, will try it again very soon.
Nice, Ramen style noodles are cooked in water and thus have already absorbed water, that's why it didn't absorb the sauce as much. UDON do a better job if you can find these noodles. Thanks for you feedback!
@@Felu so I made this again tonight using the spaghetti style noodles and it absorbed the sauce perfectly. I want to thank you so much. You've saved my life (no bs) this dish takes me 20 minutes and is so good. It will really help me lose weight.
