RECIPE :
3/4 cup + 2 TBSP (or 1 cup) (237 ml, 200g) Butter, softened
1/2 cup (118 ml, 50g) Powdered Sugar
2/3 cup (100g) Sugar
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Vanilla
2 cups + 1/2 cup (591 ml, 300g) all purpose flour
Heat oven to 375°F, Combine butter, powdered sugar and sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl ofter, until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low, add flour and beat until dough forms a ball. Divide in half, rolll out on floured board and cut with your cookie cutter. Bake 7-9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
RECETTE
200g de beurre ramoli
50 g de sucre en poudre
100g de sucre roux
1 oeuf
1 demi sachet de sucre vanillé
300g de farine
Préchauffer le four à 190°. Dans un grand saladier, combiner le beurre, le sucre en poudre et le sucre roux. Battre ç vitesse moyenne jusqu'à ce que la pâte devienne crémeuse. Ajouter l'oeuf est la vanille. Continuer à battre jusqu'à ce que ce soit bien mélangé. Battre lentement en ajoutant la farine puis former une boule bien lisse. Séparer en deux parties et rouler la pâte sur un plan de travail préalablement enfariné jusqu'à obtenir une surface lisse. Couper des cookies avec vos emporte-pièces ! A mettre dans le four pendant 7-9 minutes ou jusqu'à ce qu'ils deviennent légèrement dorés.
