Lynn- I also am a mother of 4 children ranging from 24-30. My oldest will live with myself and hubby for the rest of our lives as well. It can be difficult in trying to take care of ourselves. I too struggle with that - vitamins, weight, doing girly stuff. I also work outside of the home and help with my mother in law. Thanks for sharing and encouraging us moms to do something for ourselves.

I love your channel. I don’t comment often. However I am a survivor of suicide. My late husband will be gone, 3 years July 2024. I met someone and we got married, he has been diagnosed with ALS. So I am now a 24/7 caregiver for my husband. I do my best to take as much time as I can to do self care. Sometimes it’s just working in the background in our garden. Sometimes I go see my family and his mom will come stay with him while I gone. I recently started going to a caregiver group and met some new friends who all have family members who have ALS. Like you said life is busy, challenging and we have good days and bad. So I do try to make sure to care for me even small things help. Thank you for all you put out on this channel. I think it helps.
