Gavin was talking about his kids streaming, and named my top 3 bands! Slipknot, Tool and Deftones! I melted in my chair! These guys may not realize but they raised guys like me like a pack of wolves. They’re part of the soundtrack to my life. I remember discovering both bands back in the day, and it changed me forever! Hard times, break ups, these guys got me through it all! I’ve seen Slipknot in Tampa at least twice! Corey, you’re a god amongst us mortals!! I am forever in these guy’s debt! Growing up in the 90s was the best time ever for music! Absolute LEGENDS! Bush was the first rock concert I had ever been to. It was DallasReunion Arena, December ‘99, with Bush and Blink 182 as the headliner. I think I remember Gavin falling off the stage during his performance. Corey Taylor is probably one of the most gifted and talented musicians to ever grace a rock stage. There is so much talent and rock history in Bert’s kitchen in this episode, I have no idea how he cooked anything. Best episode yet!
I remember Corey stopping the show in Houston (Stone Sour's first tour after the 2002 album came out) after two guys threw me off the top of the crowd and I land smack on the concrete. he said they would leave right then if anyone else fell and folks didn't help them up. needless to say the pit and crowd surfing were much better after that. I've been blessed to see so many celebrities this year and attend so many concerts. Inwhich I won tickets off the local radio station in my hometown, that gave me the chance to see Gavin Rossdale with his band BUSH in downtown Cincinnati 2 months ago this year and during one of his songs he jumped off stage and ran around singing with the mic in his hand passing inbetween my friends and I through the crowd, he was but a few inches away from me as I gave him a pat on his sweaty back. Then last weekend I celebrated my 44th birthday all 4 days at LOUDER THAN LIFE MUSIC FESTIVAL here in Louisville Kentucky. Here in town I got to see Corey Taylor up close near his stage performance, that was amazing. His son's band VENDED is also on tour and is stopping intown, so I will have to go and support his family aswell. As for you Bert, i'm a longterm fan, aswell as loving your "MACHINE" movie. Thank you again for all that you do and for making people laugh, much love and support goes out to all the celebrities and yourself that you have on your show. Much Love

Great episode! Because of the cooking, of course Lol no but when Gavin was summing up his process of struggling to get a song out, and just the drive to want to do something regardless of whatever comes in your way was great to hear.
Actually the best joke by far was when Brett asked Gavin if he was married. The biggest laugh the whole show. Even funnier that Gavin actually thought that there was any chance at all that Brett didn't already know that one.
Slipknot is hands down the best show I have ever been to. The way you can feel the music in the audience, in the chairs. My god, I still get goosebumps thinking about it. The energy of the band and show as a whole, nothing can compare

Actually the best joke by far was when Brett asked Gavin if he was married. The biggest laugh the whole show. Even funnier that Gavin actually thought that there was any chance at all that Brett didn't already know that one.

Slipknot is hands down the best show I have ever been to. The way you can feel the music in the audience, in the chairs. My god, I still get goosebumps thinking about it. The energy of the band and show as a whole, nothing can compare
