Why do the bloggers have to infringe on someone's privacy?

@TradCatMan, shut up. How did you know that the female security stole his phone? Where you there as at then?. The phone was actually collected by another customer who was angry at what the guys was doing.
I was there on that day at Wellington street woolwich south east London.
The manager the building politely told the blogger to stop filming people in the building and that its not allowed. Instead the blogger started using swearing words at everyone, including the security guards. He was again quietly asked to leave the building and he refused before he was removed by applying use of force and that is allowed in security industry

    • @zark212
      @zark212 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

@@baybell7991 So firstly you start with the words "Shut up"...Then try to verbally coerce others into disproving the facts which are clearly evident in the video.
Do the words " Your not getting your phone back" mean anything to you or are you going to try and say this also does not exist.
Clearly You do not understand the law or indeed the facts of this matter in hand.
The Manager was not polite - Far from it.
The blogger only used swear words after an assault and theft had taken place - Not before.
You have not once mentioned the idiotic actions of the bell end at the end and the fact He is also liable to be prosecuted by Assault , Theft and criminal damage.
The law stipulates that filming IS ALLOWED and security DO NOT have the right to use any kind of force to remove People for simply carrying out a lawful act.
So while You may think it clever to try to sound smart - Your facts and experience are non existent.
The absolute planks in this video must face the full extent of the law including members of the public which the Job center will have full details off this.
      The video DOES NOT LIE
Trying to tell others to "Shut up" is a clear indication of your mind set and complete disregard for common sense.

How can G4S Security stand by, be complicit in the theft of your phone, whilst you are under threat, and they are actively protecting that thug, who threatened bodily harm to you, and then threw your phone away. Just came from Marti and subscribed.
Ask Marti for advice if HNK would deal with the situation for you the guys normally use them. Looks like you could be in for a good payday if you go the right way about it.
Hope you went and reported to the police.
Threats of serious violence, theft of the phone, damage of property from the guy in brown tweed.
FOIA all camera footage from the job centre, do the same from G4S and all phone footage from the guys using phones. Lodge a complaint with G4S if you haven’t done it. Intimidation and assault by the uneducated. The QR codes required a recording device to access. Jeez they’re thick. This is abhorrent behaviour seems to be happening too much with security from foreign nationals seen similar recently on Banaman.
Good luck keep us all informed on this one. 🤞👍

The job centre essentially helped the guy steal your phone, They likely also called the guy to show up because they knew the security couldn't do it.
They do have the right to use reasonable force to remove you they don't have the right to help the guy steal and then smash your phone.
Laws are all backwards at the moment, thanks to two-tier kier, so I imagine you have no chance of any action being taken against these thugs.

All this over some QR codes clearly displayed that require a phone to access the damn details. WTF 🤪 I'll let you off for the fucking F-Bomb, ! 😝 What is wrong with people ? Give them a badge they don't display and they think they can do what ever they like. They guy who stole the phone is tampering with evidence and I wouldn't be surprised if he was a racists but I am not calling him one. Probably just having a bad day, but even so, I don't act like that when my Mrs has had a go at me for not doing the washing up🤣 WOW!

He told them to f-off and announced that he intended to defend himself. As much as I agree with everyone on here who says that he needs to press charges against them, he did play into their hands. And sadly, the way they were mobbing him and his timing of the 'f' word, I could see only one outcome.

Absolutely disgusting that DWP staff didn't know their on policy on filming and could've stopped this from happening. G4S what an absolute 💩 shower performance from your staff. From the look of things the male at the end was an unidentified member of G4S or a friend/family member of G4S staff.
Even if people don't agree with what you are doing they can see that you were harassed, threatened, assaulted, your property was stolen and damaged.
This "gang" violence/behaviour is not acceptable and should not be tolerated by the British people.
    1) Complaints to DWP and G4S.
    2) Report to the Police.
    3) Lawsuits against each individual G4S staff member.
    4) Lawsuits against G4S and DWP because these staff are working under their instructions.
    5) Complaint against Police for not charging/arresting anybody for harassment, battery, assault, theft and criminal damage.
    5) Contact "mainstream media" (local and national newspapers; BBC; ITV; Channel 4 and/or 5; GMB News; etc) to get this out to the wider public.
    6) Contact your local MP and the Mayor of London.
    7) Produce flyers and put them through letterboxes; under windscreen wipers; in public waiting areas; etc. Ask people via the flyer if they think this behaviour is acceptable, ask them to contact the Police/MP/Mayor/DWP/G4S to raise their concerns - include the phone numbers so that people don't have to look them up. I suggest you use still pictures of the mob stood over you when you're on the floor; pictures of individuals involved and a picture of the alleged member of public who damaged your phone.
    8) Organise a peaceful protest outside of the DWP Offices. Make placards and banners with the pictures suggested above. Invite the press. Ask drivers to honk as they pass. Draw as much attention as possible without breaking the law.
    Best Wishes & Good Luck!

No update will come of it when you look at the auditors who mostly are all mouth and get bullied. Respect for standing your ground but without a lesson learnt? whats the point?... No update or suing them then you may as well keep the day job cause this video could take jobs, hold people accountable and educate which i hope you do. But you seemed scared at the end of the "see you around here again" threats. Just another auditor who doesn't follow up is not what we need.
