By far one of the best channels on youtube for fitness, feel-good entertainment, nonsense laughs, super informative, no BS, and just a pure JOY to watch. Thanks for the continued encouragement on my fitness goals and journey. Keep up the great work! Out of all the channels I watch I built my 4-day split on yours after a ton of back and forth! THANKS

muscle is overrated all it does it shorten your life span . humans are meant to be slim and ripped from natural lifestyle and diet. look up old pics of aboriginis no gym no supplements yet they have ideal bodytypes. even the old men were ripped .this is achievable even today with proper self care.

The video provides the following practical advice and evidence-based techniques to enhance muscle-building efficiency:
    1. Focus on progressive overload: This involves gradually increasing the weight or intensity of your workouts over time to continually challenge your muscles and stimulate growth.
    2. Use compound exercises: Compound exercises, such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, work multiple muscle groups at once and are more effective for building muscle mass compared to isolation exercises.
    3. Incorporate resistance training: Resistance training, including weightlifting and bodyweight exercises, is essential for muscle growth and strength development.
    4. Prioritize proper nutrition: Consuming an adequate amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats is crucial for muscle growth and recovery. Additionally, staying properly hydrated and getting enough rest are also important factors in muscle-building efficiency.
    5. Get enough sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night to optimize muscle recovery and growth.
    6. Stay consistent with your workouts: Consistency is key when it comes to building muscle. Make sure to stick to a regular workout routine and avoid skipping workouts.
Overall, the video emphasizes the importance of combining proper nutrition, consistent training, and adequate rest to enhance muscle-building efficiency. By following these evidence-based techniques, individuals can maximize their muscle growth potential and achieve their fitness goals.

There is so much hate for the smith machine out there in gym land. I can't straighten my left elbow (shattered it years ago) so always use the machine for bench as it allows me to go hard for the range I have without having to get a spotter and such.

With that seated cable shoulder press, you'd really benefit from pressing up and outward rather than up and in above your head.
If you actively press out, the weight will want to push in, ending up in a near perfect straight upward line
