We had IT in 9th and 10th...it was actually easy and had less topics but now in 11th we hv CS and it's bit warse ... Ig because it's clg they hv kept warse topics but as I hv observed it's one and the same...

Microprocessors and microcontrollers, computer networking can be common. Operating systems can be common if colleges include that for EC. Other than that, Electrical networks and programming is common to all. Databases can be an elective subject to EC (taught only if teacher is available and majority chooses it)..
