Smart city as in its well centralised city
Theres a building in that city or you can call it control centre where they supervise all the activities in the city so much so that if a fire breaks out theyll know it before you call the fire dept.
Also the infrastructure there is better than exisiting indian cities like underground electricity,gas,broadband etc.

Wonder what happened to that dam they were planning to build across the Gulf of Khambat? That would be the largest dam reservoir in the world by far and would increase India's water security by a DRASTIC amount. That dam would be 30 km long, dwarfing the current largest dam in the world (3 gorges dam in China which is 3 km long). It will be the largest dam ever built by mankind.
