This blue and yellow tatra Is the best tatra IMO. It has a v8 which is lighter than the v12, much less front overhang and seems to have a ton of power. Plus they abuse it a lot and it seems to be completely fine
These trucks are designed to carry miltary hardware heavy loads, rockets foldable bridges cranes etc Built prety tough, Also Tatra competes in Dakar rally in 4x4 configuration
Those little wooden planks stuck in ground work as gates that they have to drive through, if they hit the plank, drive over it or miss the gate they get penalties, crew with least amount of penalties wins.
@@jamicabound Has to be 25 years or older to be exempt from emisions In Canada its 15 years Thats for cars and small trucks such as Japanese And big rigs like this dont even have emision systems in US

@@GLMtr You forgot to mention that it is also based on time.
No drive behind the wheel
I wonder how much it would cost to get a decent used Tatra 8x8 in the States?
Rumor has it there's one n Alaska. But essentially ou be paying shipping and import fees, probably $10,000 just to get it here.
Likely better off building your own from blueprints and parts, despite how time consuming it would be.
It wouldn’t be street legal

HP Is nothing more than a numerical representation of how much fuel is pumped into the cylinder.
Fuckin America; how are we free if we can’t own one of these for less than a half million dollars; or go anywhere with them if we did own them.
