Instead, the government has turned the black communities into people dependent on welfare just to get by. There is no way for them to create generational wealth in the Democrat economy. They should be outraged. When Trump wins we will all experience a new age of America where all can prosper. God bless.

    I'm a new Yorker. A city that was once a golden example, fell from grace and then rose back up. Now we've fallen again. The city feels dangerous. Hotels that never opened turned into shelters. The subways have strange things happening on such a fundamental level that there are pages on pages of social media documenting it. The police can only do so much until they get called pigs and hated for doing their job. When people fight against it they get sent to jail. Offenders are released just as fast as theyre picked up. I've talked with enough people. Everyone can see it. The emperor has no clothes. But no one wants to fix it. I'm tired of seeing a city I love proverbially burn

      Michael. This sentence: "The police can only do so much until they get called pigs and hated for doing their job," is a sentence of sympathy and understanding for the police. Then, you write these sentences: "When people fight against it (the terrible subway conditions) they get sent to jail." "Offenders are released just as fast as theyre picked up." ... You realize you are talking about the same group of people, right? You cannot fix something until you determine what the problem is and then work to solve it. You have identified the problem. Now, find the courage to at least stop giving them sympathy and understanding.

    • @ColinCavanaugh
      @ColinCavanaugh หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      @@sirtrevis He is able to make observations and hold two "seemingly" contending ideas at the same time. Do the police have the ability to release the arrested, or is it a higher order? Prosecuting attorneys? politicians creating policy and passing laws of the land? Judges? I think you may be intentionally muddling the issue to serve a particular agenda. Maybe your resentment for police? Maybe you've had unfair encounters with them?
      I personally don't see the problems the OP mentioned as being the result of the police units on the ground. I thing the OP has identified a rift in an organization that you are lumping together as one to blame. I think he is using "Police" to identify ground units.

    • @sirtrevis
      @sirtrevis หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @ That line of thinking creates helplessness. The police enact the will of all the agents/agencies you mentioned. Without the police, you would not know the agents/agencies existed. It's like not acting against the individual's hand that is striking you because you feel that it's actually the fault of the individual's brain that's telling the hand to punch you. ... The most socially engrained message of this is the sentences met out during the Nuremberg trials. The convicted ground units did not escape accountability with the plea: "We were just doing what we were told to do."

      Rothfuss...good quote...here is one that is from an unknown author:
      “The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. The moment the Men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these Men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy… but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the Men who just wanted to be left alone.”

When I made points about the weather he just laughed and agreed, but when I brought up Boston's crumbling infrastructure he got real quiet as if I just said something morally incorrect. Growing up in a civilization that is actively collapsing did things to my brain (as it did to Rudyard), but it only became clear to me as I came of age and traveled. That guy probably lived there his whole life, but because it happened so slowly, he did not stop to think about it. If he went to Florida or Texas and compared what life was like, his perception of his home would probably change REALLY fast. For me, it was actually visiting Rochester, NY, which was the only halfway functioning, growing city in Hudsonia.
      It doesn't help that NY and NJ especially have a culture of rivalry between states, regions, neighborhoods, families, etc. It's taboo up here to compare different places, even if it's a complemenent

      Down in Mississippi people will agree with me about the schools and the government, but when I bring up the trash in the highways and the ignorance of the people, it’s the same thing. As long as it’s not in their hands they will complain and criticize. But as soon as you remind them they are just as responsible and our govt works only because citizens are involved, they get quiet and defensive.
      One of the reasons we are in this position is too many good people don’t get involved. They want to let someone else take the responsibility so they can lay the blame elsewhere.

      @@dylangtechsame here. I thought everybody talked like me with my southern accent until I went to Chicago at 18 yrs old for navy boot camp. Not only did the size of the city open my eyes, the weather and the food forced me to think like a northerner. I’m glad I did it. I’ve always come back to the south but I’ve lived in IL, VA, OR, MO, and NC and I’m always going somewhere new.
      My county I’m in now only has 8,000 people in it. I appreciate it but it sucks because some of these people don’t think, at all.
      Seeing how they do things in big cities and other states really made me wake up. Had I stayed here I’d prolly still be an ignorant person. Now I realize how much I don’t know and that I don’t nearly as much as I thought I did.

For me , it’s not so much a vote for Trump but a vote against the establishment and the old order. Younger men will determine this election , we just need to show up.

      Hello, you have a friend in Pennsylvania. (this was a slogan on Pa registration plates) I kinda get you on "the establishment thing and a bit on the old order". I just want to say that just about every election they say the word "change" and it makes me sick. Change from what poop to shit to what feces? I like the slogan or idea lets get back to basics...........get back to things that are not insane,,,,,,,,,back to things that work........that function. There are always people looking for innovation and improvement and some times it is revolutionary or evolutionary. The sword cuts both ways and what I mean is that the internet can be a good tool yet is a tool of evil and manipulation and lies and indoctrination. Forcing electric cars on people and other things and restrictions on everything through local state or federal government is not a good thing. The argument is that people are completely stupid and can do absolutely nothing on their own, change lanes, back up use a hammer, take their kid out of a car whatever. Incrementally we are removing the human element form EVERYTHING so WE serve absolutely no purpose.n Ai would be right to eliminate us. The value of humans has diminished right along with the value of the US dollar. I am actually looking to see what the margins and result of this circus will be to determine my next efforts but honestly I am surprised that Pennsylvania has so much filler in it. Be safe. John

    1. Despite leaving the Empire early, America is still an offshoot of Britain. The colonies are our kids. America was the unruly one who left home way too early (compared to Canada and Australia), but somehow turned out good. As such we still care about you.
    2. America is the leader of the Western world. A strong USA is good for all western countries.
    3. Our newly elected Labour government (elected by just 20% of the electorate. Such is the oddities of our system) contains many lefties who have insulted Trump in the past. Watching them have to grovel to him as the next president will be delicious

    Hi, I am from Galicia, Spain. I have been following you for years and my vision of the word, politics and our western civilization has progressively evolved during this time in part thanks to your videos. I am following this elections even more than the ones that we have for the european parliament or the spanish presidentials, not due to a lack of interest or connection with the world that surrounds me, but because I think that this ellection will greatly influence the future of our civilization as a whole.
    This video has particularly hit me hard because Galicia, the region I grew up in has been crushed, has been deindustrialized (by the left) to favour other regions of Spain and Europe, and is just a shadow of what it could be. I know this comment probably won’t get to be read by you, but I think that you would find the history of Galicia and the opression it has historically suffered interesting.
    Hope that America chooses the right path without interference in the ellections and that Pennsylvania can recover it’s former greatness and the position it deserves.

    As a 20 year old young man from rural Ohio, with just a high school education, I thoroughly applaud your finesse in being able to articulate the more core ideas of the abstractness of the world. I have taken it upon myself the past few years to start down the trail of exploration of ideas. To understand the nuisance of everything and all of it, it is VERY important to see the black and white ideas and the gray. I have not gotten much into alternate history other than the computer game Hearts of Iron 4. Hearts of Iron allowed me to play and experiment with that alternate side of the what ifs and I think it had been one of the best teachers to me in understanding the gray area of what is and what is not. The gray area and nuance of ideas has been lost in most of the current western ideologies. The cycles of history are real and the lack of understanding of that is scary. I hope this video reaches the masses. Prepare for what is to come, God speed.

There has been no other state more throughly ruined by NAFTA and globalism. The people in Pennsylvania really embody the best of America. Hard working middle/working class humble people. Really a dying breed as America becomes a managerial/service economy. Service/managerial doesn't suit the people of Pennsylvania well. We were meant to be industrial. We don't do well in an office environment where you have to walk on eggshells and work towards nothing. We want to build real things. The people who haven't fled are giving into despair, lots of heroin. I dont even want to imagine what will happen to us if Trump does not win.

      First, I wouldn't feel guilty about leaving. I know more people who left PA than stayed after high school. There is quite literally no opportunity if you wish to go up or maintain your economic class.
      Second, I think PA and many rust belt states were never properly inoculated to cultural marxism. A lot of PA people are "live and let live" type libertarians. That mentality made them the perfect victim. Also to circle back to the first point, there's a certain degree of egotistical thinking among the youth here that you "need to get out". A large part of that is adopting woke ideology because it's "what successful people think".
      Third, in my OP I completely forgot about fentanyl. Huge problem, even outside of the cities. Everyone knows someone who has overdosed and a lot of them have died as a result.
      Also, it's so funny you mentioned the roads. Complaining about the roads in PA is as common as discussing the weather.

      Not because of feelings, because of an immense amount of evil genius being used to exploit the feelings of the most cowardly and unintelligent voters.

    I am from PA as well. I immigrated here with my parents. We have so much wrong, so much lack of honor, bureaucracy without control. There is only one side in this election unfortunately. We have so much on the line, I have seen collasped countries my whole life and its the same playbook. The west is in need of serious help, and relief from the death cult that has taken control of the left slowly and surely. I enjoy competition, but this is a survival vote like you stated. Either we die in bureaucracy and hedonism, or we can try to save this beautiful republic from people who literally hate every value it has. The west needs to heal from destructive policies.
    On another note, admiting you are human is refreshing. Too many folks in this world pretend to be absolutely perfect because they did one thing right and it sets them up for not being believed in the future. We are all human, and to learn and grow is part of western ideology in a sense. Try, try try again until you succeed. Your growth has been interesting to watch, very great discourse 👍.

      Only one candidate is trying to erode our constitutional checks and balances system, and erode our democratic process... and they're not Democrat. Truly, if you educated yourself and turned off social media, you'd see the truth that you're blinding yourself from.

    Was a flat bed long haul truck driver for 9 years I am now 35. I have seen Pennsylvania thoroughly and it’s a very American state, you can feel the history. I hauled much steel out of there always loved Pennsylvania during this time of the year its amazing. But he’s right a lot of bad towns from dead mills and literal rust on the empty factories. I hope it goes the right way.

    If you replace every "Philadelphia" said with "Detroit," all of this is accurate Michigan Urban history.
