Huge tip: use an Aura Forma on your Plexus so no matter what aura you use, you'll always get a +14 to your mod capacity. I'm not sure why no one else is doing this.
Yup, the plexus is one of the few things I've ever used an aura forma on considering how expensive they are

@Ghost 👻 To be fair, we don't have a lot of Warframes that are worth the use of an aura forma, and for weapons, you pretty much use just one stance all the time. So spending that aura forma on Railjack is not a bad choise.

For the shields I'd get a Zetki MK3 since it gives that buff that increases your damage output whenever you have no shields and, well, since shields are completely useless then it only makes sense to take advantage of that, right?
If you get bored of spamming seeker volleys you can also use a black hole on an asteroid which slams all the fighters into it killing them instantly

If there was ever a time I'd recommend putting an aura forma on something, one's Plexus would be it. I only then needed about two regular forma after that to get the build I wanted. Yes, I'm aware the math comes out the same as what you said, but what's nice is if by some miracle I want to swap auras around, I not only get the double count for it, but anything will work.
The best things about crew gunners is they help speed missions up considerably. Before this update, with maxed out stats, running solo, doing Veil Proxima missions with the missile batteries, it regularly took me about 20-25 minutes to do it. After this update, I've cut my time down to about 10-15 minutes. Yes, in case you're wondering, this can also be a decent intrinsic farm due to the high levels and number of things you need to do. It can also serve as a good place to get Mk. III materials.
I want a railjack boss. Or like at the end of a skirmish a boss-type enemy should show up as a possible objective
Photor has hidden punchthrough for corpus crewships, so you dont need the waveband disruptor.
Pulsar is hitscan so you dont need turret velocity.
The new tayln weapons is also hitscan. Great choice if you like the machine gun feel.
DE needs more credit for what they've done with Railjack it's absolutely amazing
People too willing to complain because new thing bad but the core of the mode is top notch, it just needs some variety and adding to but the community is basically forcing that to never happen because of a mix of drop table complaints and “I can’t zoom the mission in 55 seconds”
I love all your complete build guides. The thought that goes into every aspect of a frame is truly amazing. Is there any chance at maybe making some team builds for two or more frames working together? I havent seen anyone making guides for team builds and that would be next level.

Ain’t gonna as a returning player I hated the concept of necramech and railjack but after clearing the first three planets and getting mk3 gear, I love it. Good endo farm and a nice change from the normal missions.
Finally found this video from Grind Hard. I've been working on railjack and needed some guide/ opinions.
Ok so this is the best railjack guide ive seen so far. But yeah: how to farm the important mods and items? Highest mission of every planet? Rush higher difficulty proximas?
tip: if you have rank 3-5 gunners use the pulsar-it's hitscan and your gunners will take down any ramsleds before they could even be in your sight, so that you can focus your competitive points on repair, endurance and gunnery.
If it's a real thing i love this tip.
Even tho, letting ramsled board the RJ then kill them and repair everything they break gives more intrinsics.

@@prosketch95 wait till you have an affinity booster, and then go hit up some Void Storm runs, or some Grineer nodes in Veil Proxima (assuming you can handle high level content)
If you are stingy, there's no shame in keeping everything at all 8's. That's where most players will be unless they really want to get into the Railjack grind.

@@prosketch95 Nice, I have been running railjack missions thanks to the join crew features in the proxima regions. Really wish this feature was on all nodes. I was able to outfit my railjack decently well and get my intrinsics up half way at the same time as unlocking my own railjack yesterday.
Hi! I love your videos and I try out your builds often. Not too long ago I tried out your new wisp build and it’s been pretty great. I can’t get the combo to stay at 3 though so I was wondering if you had any suggestions about keeping it in place? Also, great build! If anyone else could reply that’d be nice too.

Just a quick, pretty subjective overview but
Glazio: Kind of a sniper, cold damage is good in railjack, and it has good crit. AI Gunners seem to do very well with it
Laith: Slash based shotgun, pretty high heat gain. It mostly feels like a slower, meatier Apoc (now that Apoc's projectiles are larger and a bit less accurate)
Vort: Imagine a slow, high damage Pulsar that's all electricity. Projectiles feel harder to hit than other turrets, but if you're good with projectile railjack turrets, this one can be very good
Talyn: Hitscan, spin up firing (think Tenora) that deals heat and absolutely melts the enemy, but gains heat extremely quickly. My personal favourite when paired with Gunnery rank 9
I disagree with much of this video. You should put crimson fugue on your plexus, pulsars on your side guns, and have 2 max gunnery NPC crew mates gunning. The NPCs are aimbots with the hitscan pulsar and they wipe squadrons out super quickly. They seem to be able to destroy crew ships as well, but inconsistently. Gaz had a video on this. Unfortunately, crimson fugue is incredibly rare, but it boosts turret damage by (I think) 27% per fighter kill, stacking up to 8 times.
U can run a mission on Venus and just never clear the main objective even without Crimson Fugue u can use basic turret DMG CC CD mods with a DMG Vs corpus and u can basically afk farm for Crimson Fugue till u get it

Are the old battle mods (void & munitions) not worth using now? They were the 1st things I upgraded.
This is a really good guide. For someone like me who absolutely loves Railjack and takes nodding and upgrading my ship seriously, this was an extremely useful guide.
Also, quick question. Some fissure mission on Railjack sometimes leave you with barely any void traces to open your relic.
Any idea why this happens? Other than that this was extremely informative. Take my like and my sub
5:44 yea but try to test out different liches with different powers...cuz I slotted an Ice lich with a khom and he was shit.but I exchanged him with an electric lich with twin stubbas and he annihaled anyone that boarded the ship. powers might be a factor there. might be a good video
well when you factor in what the element does electric does stun CC when it procs while cold just slows movement its obvious why the cold lich didnt do well

Is it really good to spend all Intrinsic Points to max all 5 Skilltrees ? Bc i can remember that in the old System you can't get any Intrinsic-points when maxed out all 5, thats why i always let one Tree at 9 to always have a good Amount on the Bank if something comes to the Game like Command Tree for example.

Ironclad, Extreme armor, mod for more armor, become essentially immortal.
What do u think about crimson fugue ? With my zetki reactor , teather and seeker volley , i can kill a large group of enemys and get rewarded with dmg buff for turret. If ur using lavos , it will keep u strong between cds or if ur not , it will let off some preasure from energy.
ay unless yall have above average luck don't try to farm Turret Velocity, I farmed it for 6 days(exactly 6 bc I got mod drop chance booster twice) and I did get some cool mods I didn't knew existed but no sign of turret velocity
Void cloak works well as a cheaper and more user-friendly alternative to blackout pulse - Corpus crewships stop moving their shields while you're cloaked, and it lasts long enough that it's easy to shoot the shield emitter. Disadvantage is that the coooldown is much, much longer, ofc. It's also a nice all-purpose panic button, and, in my opinion the best thing in that slot (Battle forge just isn't as useful in 3.0 as it used to be...
Warhead can be useful vs Grineer: They buffed the shield generators on Skold ships, now an unmodded Tycho seeker isn't guaranteed to one-shot them. You don't need it fully ranked though, I put 7 ranks and think I over-did it a little.
Photor can burn right through Corpus shield deep enough to kill the emitter too right now, probably a bug...
ADD; I also need to see if Zetki reactor with anti-ice special is worth it, ice damage is annoying.

I would argue that rank 10 tactical is the most important rank 10. Why, because the game is a buggy mess and that intrinsic saved me several times from glitches that lock you out of an area. In this game bugs like that will always exist and thus having a way to "fix" them will always be valuable.
I'd like to put a notice here regarding On-Call.
On-Call's only worth it if the crewmate you set to be "On-call" has a good weapon equipped on them, otherwise it's just not worth it.
I don’t personally use turrets much since I just use Lavos and spam seeker volley so I just replace the turret crit mods with ion burn and comic nozzle to speed up my missions

The railjack system is fun for me currently, not only is it feels very out of the box for me, but it is also really rewarding. So when i farm for endo or credit i wont get bored. However, the recent devstream had hindsight about the nerf on the rewards for the current most rewarding nodes (R9 or Flexa). So i am kinda worried on that. Hopefully they reverted the nerf soon enough and instead buff the other nodes to be rewarding as the most rewarding one (R9 or Flexa) but in other resources.

So many new players are getting ripped off by buying fully ranked Forward Artillery is because they see it in here but never really listened to what was said...
Forward Artillery is not needed to kill crewships, don't waste 100 plat for that mod.
9:23 Zetki is the worst Plating. The image you pull up even shows it both in numbers and in color as the wiki has a system of red for the worst, yellow for mid, and green for best. You can't tell me that a max difference of around 8000 maximum effective health isn't a "recognizable advantage".

I would prefer four captain's against four captain's in space . Nice small areas with black holes that destroy space must to hide rocks to make it hard and no ranking restrictions. This to me is the best. So one on one or two against two but four is the best game Digital extremes could direct towards.

You should try maxed out zekti mk3 shields, bring shield recharge delay down to 1 second and that combined with vidar hull makes you pretty much invincible.
The others actually go from zero to full faster, because the zetki's recharge rate is so much poorer (less than half). Also, the lavan shield has a bonus ability that converts 10x energy spent on battle mods to shields.
Sad that they nerfed the only mission worth running
You should check out r9-cloud, with a good crew the mission is fast and has great rewards.

Unfortunately, DE said that was a bug (missions rewards were triggering 6-7 times) and it got fixed/nerffed in the last hotfix.
Before that tho, it was an amazing mission to farm.

@@TinMan445 oh it's definitely a good mission for credits and endo (especially if you maxed out all the components that drop from the enimies in the mission, that's 225 endo a piece). Just in comparison to what it was before, you are getting 1/3 less of the rewards.

My railjack is pretty much level 1 how do I proceed from here?
If you queue in public/ people with advanced railjacks, you can get the resources and wreckage to develop your own railjack. In public queues u can get to Pluto, veil, etc. where there are mk III Wreckage and fat LOOT
I just started too. Click on Join crew under Earth Proxima or Venus Proxima and run missions there. Learn about it under the safety of other crews before doing your own solo stuff. If you have a good guild and Dojo, check on the research they have done and outfit your ship with the baseline mk 3 Sigma stuff. It is good enough to get started.
You will gather intrinsics from these join crew missions as well as resources and parts to repair or salvage to further outfit your ship. The plexus is the mod panel and works very similarly to mods on other equipment. You will level this as well, and can forma it once it reaches max level.
Slingshot is in the back of the ship at the very top and is used to board enemy crewships which act like railjacks in that they get disabled when their health reaches zero, but can get back into the fight with some work from the crew. Kill crewships by boarding them with Slingshot or killing them with a forward cannon shot (This weapon has a charge time and can only shoot in front of the railjack).
You can get crews from one of the guys on Fortuna, with Fortuna resources I believe. Still a noob here since I haven't recruited anyone worthy. Follow the rest of this guide and some of the other comments and you will be a master captain in no time.
Slingshot is gunnery rank 4 and teleport back to ship is Tactics rank 4. Go for these two first as the ones before it are also important, and allow you to jump around the railjack and operate the turrets more effectively. Fill in Engineering next followed by piloting. It won't take you long to get here, but definitely do this before starting your own missions with the potential of doing them solo.

Why would you waste forward artillery on crew ships? You can just board them as soon as you knock out their shields. (Not the big square barriers, the golden one on grineer and the purple one on corpus crewships)

About the mod Turret Velocity, just buy this mod if you really want it, it's drop rate is a joke, i already spent the worst 10 hours of my life in railjack trying to get it and nothing.

You keep them. But their ranks were fully reset and the Dirac refunded then converted to endo.
Problem is...
The Endo and credit cost to rank some (many impo) of them up, is now equal to a Prime mod.
@@RemnantSoul Well it looks like we can earn a lot of endo as we do now with Dirac so hopefully its balanced.
Gonna have to disagree on the apoc's, with the ai gunners hitscan weapons hit 100% of the time so it's useless to compare the two in stats. Even with turret velocity on, pay attention to how many shots your gunners are missing with apocs or other travel-time guns & you'll see what I mean. I use zetki photors in front for the sole purpose their punch through disables the corpus crewships rotating shield, and then zetki talyns on the side. For the other components, just from a pure math perspective & assuming everything is max valence-fused... shields really don't matter but zetki has the least amt of downtime & a damage buff when they're down which tbh is probably the most useful part, lavan engines now that we have infinite boost are the fastest if you multiply base speed by boost multiplier, reactor can be subjective depending on what avionics you want to use but I go with zetki for a mix of str/range, & without getting too much into it; vidar hull & lavan hull are technically about equal but vidar has more armor so that's what I use.

The one time that I want to convert a Bramma Lich.
My initial Bramma Percentage: 23%
First Trial: 42% -> Vanquished
Second Trial: 56% -> .....
Honestly a Crewmember is better than a Converted Lich.
Liches only have alot of HP....that's it.
You can still upgrade that Bramma. Then let your Defender crewmember use it at 60,% fully modded.
Outside of trading. There is no point in converting a Kuva Lich.

You could use the forge to do that. Its temporary, but it works.
The MIGHTY SEER is the best turret
Why use cheap shot when every forge refill boosts max capacity and you only ever need between 4 and 10 shots. Seems like after a few refills that mod loses all value, and would better be spent on more damage or defense.
Pretty sure 2 forma would have done the trick, if you formad your aura slot

I disagree with the plating and lich not being good. First off, Lavan Mk3 for me is nearly maxed out and its giving me 94.4% reduction. I'm losing around 3k+ hull if I put on the maxed out Vidar plating for that tiny .8% damage reduction. The 3k more hull is far more helpful then .8% reduced damage in the void storm and pluto missions. Though as long as you have 2 good gunners, an engineer, and good weapons/mods you can survive with little effort. Even defending a boarding shouldn't be an issue that needs an actual defender unless you yourself are a bad warframe choice with bad weapons or are lazy and want to do nothing.
The second point I completely disagree with is in this video saying a lich is a terrible choice as a defender because their weapon is not upgraded compared to the one you can give a hireling. This bad opinion is not taking into account the massive 17k health a rank 5 lich has that a hireling wont or that the lich has abilities like warframes which they can use while hirelings dont.
Can someone please do a video on HOW TO GET THE MODS WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL FOR SOMEONE THAT CANT FIND THEM!!!!
