Hey jazzy!! Amazing video 😍 The first trick you tried is actually done by taking something (eg a handstand board) and doing a headstand on it to balance. You then hide it with your hair and so you can do it without putting your hands down! Good luck!! ❤️ Please tag @jazzybum so she can see it :)))
See I look at that one and figure its just an upside down photo. Hair being held up out of the frame of the photo. Thats how I would recreate it for sure. :)

It was 10 years ago, and I'm pretty sure I was more focused on being pissed off that the bottle of pills were being forced to come up, rather than asking them what the clinical purpose of the charcoal was, beyond making me (also friends and clients, who had the experience in the past) vomit. 😏
