Hopeson didn't say throwing the dynamite happened in Volta region,but it did happened in Togo to scared people from coming to vote in volta region,and that strategy pay off for NPP in the volta region to drastically reduced the votes of PNDC in Volta region,that's why Akuffo Addo beat Mahama of over 1 million votes.
