@@josephchen7627 Yes, taichi is too hard for children but they can learn something different like 8 treasures qigong which is simple to start with and can be perfected eventually by decades of subsequent practice.

Children & students could be taught 15 minutes of Tai Chi every day in school. It would help them relax and be much healthier and fitter. 😃

For me it hard to master this move. I always make mistakes especially hand and body moves.
