i really like the ultra defining gel it gave me a really good wash and go and a really good twist out. i love it in combination with the super stretch creme
I like the deva curl products, but my daughter says It makes her hair dry. I’ve since moved on to verb hydration shampoo/conditioner after receiving a sample from Sephora . I prefer verb over deva curl. I absolutely love the moisture and definition that I get from using verb. Plus the smell is amazing. Give it a try.
IMO melt into moisture is better than heaven in hair. & I switched from Decadence to using their Delight line. It’s for type 3 hair but my type 4 hair loves it 😁 Hated the leave in and the gels (tried them all, lol) didn’t work for my hair but I did love the super stretch.
Yes melt into moisture is bomb and I actually use the original line from deva curl on my 4 type hair and I love it. I like the ultra defining gel for my twist outs. Decadence has to much protein in their products.
Hello. I'm new to your channel. I recently went to a Devacurl salon for the first time. You have to use their styling products with drenching wet hair. If your hair is just damp it won't have as much definition. Also, the heaven in a jar can be used as a styler as well as a deep conditioner

It gives me soooo much crunch that wouldn't go away, no matter what I use it with. 😩I prefer the Light Defining Gel & the Arc Angel for my wash n gos. I didn't like the Leave-In Decadence at all, it just wasn't moisturizing for me, it felt like water - but I prefer the One Condition Decadence as my leave in in place of it - way more moisturizing!
I use the defining gel from deva curl for my wash n go and I must say that I only get bomb results when my hair is dripping wet. My hair was doing the same thing where it looked good at first and then it would frizz a few minutes later. However, when I went over it with more water the frizz went away. But I have tried affordable gel that works even better lol.

She has gorgeous hair but when she came back after her hair dried made me not want to ever buy another Deva Curl product again. If she had air dried her hair with no product, I bet it would've looked better than that.
Devacurl is the best thing ever! The Lord himself helps create their products. its so expensive so i have to trick my husband in to purchasing them lol the gel is amazing. you're supposed to flip your hair upside down & scrunch it in to your hair. it defines my hair perfectly
Every time I have watched DevaCurl Stylists videos on TH-cam I have seen them use quite a bit more product than people tend to use, especially the conditioning products. I think you would be more successful if you were a bit more heavy handed with the leave in conditioner before applying all of the products. Also, was this a sponsored video? Because these products had to have set you back $200.

Deva folks will say your hair should be super, soaking wet when you apply the products. Works better that way according to them.

Please try the creme of nature argan oil of Morocco line. Shampoo, conditioner, curl pudding and heat protector and anything else from that brand

Love the review! Devacurl products are made to be applied on soaking wet hair. Trust me, it makes a huge difference! The b leave in is my favorite!
