In the doll video, the girl in pink dress said "this doll isn't good at all but we like her, she doesn't speaks neither moves" and, just afterwards, both dolls turned their heads.
When the second doll turns it's head, the head suddenly floats 2 inches left (from viewers perspective) from the doll. This could be some editing that went wrong, though the first doll's movement looks pretty real.

To add to Zach's comment. most footage is recorded with a cell phone camera. even the most expensive phone cameras are pretty crappy when zoomed out. the quality is great when at 1x zoom but gets pretty bad at 2x and beyond, especially outside. and footage often gets downloaded over and over off the internet. The file isn't that great after awhile

9:50- Something similar to this has happened to me and my brother. I prefer to have long relaxing baths so its a common occurrence for my younger brother to bang on the bathroom door to get me out. This one night my mother and I were having a GOT marathon so we did not leave the lounge room. From the hallway, we can hear my brother doing his usual thing and bang on the bathroom door. When he called out I answered him from the lounge room and said "I'm right here" and he came out and started crying. When we asked him what was wrong he said he went up to the locked and lit bathroom door- that no had touched for hours- and told me to get out just as we had heard. What is terrifying is that he swore on his life I replied back to him "Yeah yeah I'm out soon". So not only has this entity locked the bathroom door and turned on the light it has answered and interacted with my brother as ME. And this is not the only time it has talked to us.
Number 6 looks like a Komodo Dragon or a large monitor lizard. The way the creature in the clip shuffles left and right is pretty consistent with the walking pattern of those animals. As a bonus, Komodo Dragons are predatory, and are not scared of humans at all. There is a lot of evidence and eye witness accounts of Komodo Dragons aggressively attacking humans. That would explain why the children turn and run.
It could also potentially be an alligator, as they walk similarly, but it holds its head too high and there doesn't appear to be a suitable body of water nearby.
If we know what country this was filmed in that would help, but my best guess is a large member of the monitor lizard family.
