Whenever we feel low we should say to ourselves that everything happens for a reason and this too pass, and believe in god we will be better alright soon with better things. Trust the process🤞.. 😊..
Mentally, am not in a rock bottom situation right now, but i was there. So, when I was there, i picked all things that made me feel comfortable inside, like I began to spend more time with my neice, friends and my parents and would just be there for them, i would pick subjects that I feel like studying... and most particularly I made sure i try and finish what i started... This slowly built my confidence inside .... Then i began to feel cozy in my comfort zone, so now after i gained my confidence gradually, am now determined to change the things that i can change - like changing my lifestyle habits, reducing weight besides exploring the unknown zone... I feel when we change the things that can be changed i guess our body n soul turns ready to face the unknown and am sure i will make those unknown zones familiar too... But i still haven't got there.... I think this might help someone... Being hopeful is hard, but find, what works for you and keep working on them.... Have so many amazing small wins on your journey.... Every small win counts and changes something in us... Have a great life.

Firat write down in journal then close it after a day i read it again mostly i am better than the previous day. And i write down in question answer format. I ask questions to god usually my questions are about life and somehow i believe from somewhere from the universe.... my life will answer me. I write to the unseen unreal and invisible god. If he is real he should answer me was what i forst thought. But later on i felt it aas nice to question god than to search answers elsewhere.
