You are absolutely correct! I didn't realize that when we were filming. Most my reins are spliced at the end so it's not a problem. At the time I needed a set so I made this set myself and because I don't know how to splice, I improvised. Great catch, thank you.
Scott, I love your stuff, you are very clear on your presentations.I'd offer up one small safety issue about the Aussie/Blocker tie Ring... I use them myself and like the a lot, BUT, that rope you have, IF your horse pull back and pulled that rope and used up the 9' you have for the lead rope that tail you have would hang in the ring.Also, if you use an older dirty yacht cord rope it too will bunch up at the tail end and hang. Just something to lookout for. Thanks!
