The 3 NPCs that drop it are Brite Raider, Rust, the one in hazy hillside tunnel (forget her name)
Also oscars Frenzy Auto shot gun Would be more rare then the Handcannon theres plenty of handcannons on the map, only 1 Auto Shotgun, so It is most def required for the most rare loadout this season
Do you have mystery if you came along, you can turn into him and be invisible when anybody gets near you for the entire game
Rust also drops it he’s near sandy steppes
