Why it uses the Reloaded version and not the original one? Because in other games like the Taiko no Tatsujin series uses the original version of Hibana.

it's probably because Reloaded is easier to acquire rights to. The Reloaded series in general is DECO's works to reclaim full rights to those works after Sony and U/M/A/A, tho most of the time it's also a "remaster". Tho, technically, he never really needed to Reload Hibana because it's from the Re:Start album, but iirc during at that time he was still with U/M/A/A, so I guess better be safe than sorry.
