- This 150 minute long video is a binaural recording of a fan heater sound. I have used an old vintage BJM fan heater (Mod. TV73), from the seventies, made in Italy. It's still in working order, although there may be some problems if you keep it going for more than one hour (sometimes it starts rattling).
Fan heater sound is an effective white noise to sleep and relax. I really enjoy it, although without any doubt my preferred one is the hair dryer sound ...
The fan heater is motionless during all the video. That's not the best setting to better appreciate the binaural sound ... anyway this is a binaural recording as well.

This is the real real origin of my love for white noises! I was a child (70's in Italy) when in winter my mother wok me up to go to school, it was dark outside and the house was still cold, but in the bathroom she run the heater to let me find a warm welcome. I remember I stayed crouched for minutes to feel the heat and the relaxing sound.... I remember sometimes (when I put on higher power) the heating element became red like they were really burning. It was exactly this model!!!! Since then, I still use white noise to relax and help me sleeping! I got my graduation thanks to a modern fan heater, the fridge, the exhaust hood in the kitchen and a portable hairdryer helmet! My father was not so happy about the bill for the electricity! ahahaha ! Thanks for this video!!!

my grandma still has this fan heater, she bought it before my mother was born, it's still working. She always recount me that here in italy during the economic boom products were built to last, we got proof... grandama is always right

I have one in Italy too. Bought when I was 9 yrs old. Still using it and I'm turning 39. It's on the whole night. One day it'll take fire and we all die... Maybe 30 more years from now

I really, really love it, the low sounds are clearly dominant, it's like a mix of the rumbling of a boat motor, a smooth hair dryer and a warm box fan. One of the best!

This makes me feel so calm. I needed this. Been feeling so sad, and my anxiety is killing me. Also, feeling so alone, everyone that I love is leaving me behind. I feel lost, maybe a little depressed. It's hard to hide from my parents how I really feel with so much going on at the moment. It's hard to live the day. And just by listening to this, something tells me that everything is gonna be ok. So I still have hope . Take care of yourself. You are loved. And I appreciate you. Be safe . Be happy and I wish to you all a good life. Never forget your worth and remember. Hard times have an end. When i was 6 , prep class , my mother woke me every morning and first thing I heard was the sweet sound of air heather, which calmed me down and urged me to go back to sleep , plus I liked the feeling my chicken skin.

This reminds me very much of a heater fan I used to hear years ago, in fact in a shop my late mum used to frequent when I was a boy, she would be in there for ages 😂, bless her and I would sit on a chair I hated shopping and still do but I used to tune my mind into the lovely noise that fan made ooh it was sooo good esp as it was cold outside, it made the shopping experience more bearable. Always treasure your loved ones mums and dads etc you never know when you could lose them. I'm just grateful my memories are still there 😊😊

I can hear really well apparently, and every little noise I hear at night keeps me awake and distracts me from sleeping. Started listening to these a couple weeks ago and I get into a deep sleep now it seems haha thanks 🙏🏻

Every winter when I go to my grandparents I sleep in a room with an air heather and always want to see if I can stay up all night to listen to the soothing sound , but is practically impossible to be able to stay awake at something like that. I never comment on Videos, but I have to thank you, its not we only fall asleep with it, its also good for relaxing. Back in the days i lay a hairdryer on a pillow and relaxed my life. Would not recommend to do the same (also electric bill goes over 9000)

Black & Decker made these for No US markets. Also Jata, These babies are rated at 220 Volts / 2400 Watts max power. De'Longhi version is 3000 Watts LOL. I'm guessing these were popular in Northern Europe?

It Is still running in my room rn it is more of a savior than a mere heater. Mine one has a broken switch though it only runs on high mode. Do you know where to get a replacement switch.

Would be 90% better if you could use the noise reduction so that static sound wasn't there and the sound was more clear.
