You need the ol' portable picnic kit in your car to add some salt / sauce / etc when the flavour isn't quite there ... might only need salt for the kebab
Toasted kebabs are the worst - soggy lettuce and tomato, soggy bread when you get to the bottom and thats if you get enough sauce. This is the reason why there is a kabab shop every 2 - 5 kms - none of them get it right so it invites competition. Un-toasted soft fresh bread wrapped with non stick paper in the foil bag beats any of this toasted style. Greg, lets see a review on the un-toasted kebabs.
