Angels were created with immortal souls. This soul cannot be killed. Man has a mortal soul in which God can kill. Man can kill the human body but only God can kill the soul. When God made man, he breathed into his nostrils and man became a living soul. This soul was kept alive by eating of the tree of life. Without this, his soul would die. Angels don't need this tree to live. At the end times, God brings back the Tree of Life so man can spend eternity in paradise. God will create hell at the end times. The Angels Immortal souls will suffer for eternity. The human soul will burn up and this will be his second death. The souls in paradise will have the Tree of Life to keep them alive for eternity.
Not cannot, but God chose not at that moment and will in His time. And it's not destroyed but will be thrown into the lake of fire - Rev. 20:10.

Maybe whoever u worship can't. Almighty 1 and ONLY GOD CAN and WILL. There's no other God but He.
