I haven't watch your videos in a while. I am so happy I did today. Before this "color theory" I watched the simple but very lovely tulip matchbook fun fold. It was just what I needed after spending 3.5 hours using past paper pumpkins to get Valentines done for two grandsons in elementary school. It was a "surprise! We are closing up for a 4 day weekend so tomorrow is going to be the Valentine's exchange!"
I loved how you got so much impact and a clear message across to your recipient in both videos.
I watch and enjoy a few shorts before my bible reading and it sets me up for a good time of unwinding before bed. It also gives my brain a chance to assimilate what I can use in my current supplies to get the same look.
Thanks for being part of my card crafting therapy and a better night's sleep. I hope to send pictures of what I create with your inspiration.
    God's best blessings for you.
    Diane

You knocked it out of the park with this one! I would have made a couple of different choices of the background colors, but that is what makes the world go round, doesn't it?? Make more of these type videos, please!

Gorgeous Grape would have looked good on the slate or a pale pale lavender. I would have embossed sentiment on gorgeous Grape.

Jackie - great idea to feature these different card bases & colors. It is very easy to see that it is good to switch the colors on some of them . I agree since Stampin Up makes everything to go with their colors I kind of stick to using everything matching. It is very good to change it up. I saw that a couple of them you made looked great sticking to same color of card base while others looked ok either way. It is great to have options to fit the occasions . Thank you for all theses deals & tips ! Great information. Have a great weekend. 👏👏👏💞

I love the idea of this video. I wonder why so few people use Sahara Sand as a neutral. I would like to see how the Gorgous Grape would look on the lighter Sahara Sand or even Seafoam Green. I'm guessing the lighter pink is Petal Pink. Pink and green is a pretty color combo It might look good of the Soft Seafoam. This video has me thinking about so many different color combinations. Thanks for the inspiration! I love the sentiments on the black, it really makes them pop.
