I love the team website idea!
One of the things I do for organization is the "analog system" for tasks. I'm a pen and paper kinda gal, so Asana and I did not work well together, but I find this system helps me prioritize each day while being able to add future tasks.

I meant to read this book called "Essentialism"
Supposed to help you if your calendar is like prison. But I only got two or three chapters in. Before my schedule locked the door to my cell again.

the "set to stop and not to loop for videos on pro presenter" check box is crucial haha.

I totally get the idea of sharing a playlist of songs that the team is going to play on sunday. BUT. I never understood what people do if the song that YOU sing does not correspond to the song on the playlist. Certain words may be different, consequence and number of choruses etc. In other words, what do you use to highlight any changes to the team? Or is all this made during the preps? And then they all just use their own notes, looking at the playlist with the only aim to find out the names of the songs?

Very good video. A very minor side note: enneagram doesn't determine everything about a person. I love tests like this, such as MBTI, Big Five, etc., but as a side note, we're being conformed to the image of Christ, not boxed into our ennegrams 🙂
