So happy. I stuck with the new format. I was sceptical at first, oh no what has Francis done. Well IMO Jimmy’s inclusion and the new format is a win win format. Well done guys.

I gotta say, I absolutely love these styles of videos and the bike fit pointers/info. Been binge watching them all lol. As an elves frame owner and a superteam cheap carbon wheelset, I love what the quality is becoming with non name brand wheel sets and frames. Going to challenge name brands soon

I have two sets of carbon disc brake/ center lock wheels from the venerable Chinese company - Superteam - honestly they have been really good - one set for more road -like endeavors (with 45mm deep & 32 mm with Panaracer Gravel King tires) and one set for more gravel fun (38mm deep x 24mm internal, with 40mm Continental Terra Trail tires). With just about 6,000 miles racked up between the two (fairly evenly). and having paid about $500 or so for each, I have had no regrets, Plus the CX3 and CX6 Superteam hubs have easily to replace cartridge bearings. I don't see why I should spend more.
TLDR sometimes "cheap" wheels are really a good value,
Superteam has been around for like 8+ years too.

Six years ago I did a review of the (pre-MIPS) Lumos helmet for Pezcyclingnews and was quite impressed with it. I used it for commuting in the Canadian winter, when you leave home in the dark in the morning and return late afternoon in more darkness. I am not sure how much the turn indicators are noticed by drivers but the LED light in the front was quite good and there was even a kind of brake light at the back of the helmet. While a bit heavier than my usual Giro helmets, the Lumos is very well-made and gave excellent service. I will be honest: I loved using the turn indicators.

I bought some 50mm clincher non disc wheels and the only reason I sold them on is because they where 50's - 50's I discovered are quite DEEP so I'd go for 35’s or 38's but I've some similar in weight Alu wheels soo carbon rims are only good for disc wheels I've resulted now BUT I did notice when you do put a tyre on the carbon rim it's got to be PERFECT.. otherwise you'll get a puncture which I did...but strength wise, the carbon was quite strong and very easy to get to speed re the lightness 👌

the thing with the solar sunglasses is that if you're wearing anything that has a peak. Be it an MTB helmet, Halfords special or a cap. That peak or helmet will obscure the solar panel. The lenses wont darken unless you have your head up and staring directly at the sun. Just stick to regular photochromatic glasses. Sure they dont change as fast but you'd be saving yourself a tonne of money.

    Update Below original post!!!!
I bought the Ryet ratchet carbon wheels with aero spokes, I think I bought the 50mm deep. I am still waiting for them but am very excited to get them and see how the fair. When will the video with the review come out?
Good News! the wheels were delivered! Bad News. They are counterfeits. I bought them from a seller that was not Ryet (this is where I went wrong). I got a set of 50mm deep carbon wheels with fake Pillar spokes and fake pillar stickers. I got no accessories or spares with the wheels and the LBS said that they are well tensioned and the rims were true, but the nipples would not turn, so there will be no adjusting/fixing them if they loosen up or break. More updates to come after I post my official review. If they square up and do something to right the wrong I will be amazed but I will keep you informed.
