Great video and tips! Just did my first backflip on a trampoline at 40 years of age! I have a video of it on my page. Now that I have the confidence and overcame the fear, I'm gonna be attempting one on solid ground soon!

Finally!!!!!!!!! I can finally get over the fear!!!!!!! I have done thousands of cart wheels then turning more and more away but I just can't go straight over my head! Well thats because I forget to do a hackflip every time!
