Is it enough for axolotl? 50x20x16cm=16 liters. I read, for adult axolotl comfortable capacity is over 40 liters. Am I wrong? My teenager Axi has 25 liters tank and I thinking it's too short for him (length about 25 cm). I want to make tank about 70x35x20 cm. Will it be oversized? Thanks!

Yes. It is not enough for adult axolotl. And this tank is like temporary tank for my juv axolotl. As long as I know, the more large the tank, the more comfortable axolotl is. Not only for axolotl, but also for other fishes. And axolotl needs "lowboy" tank where the height is not really far for it to take air on the surface.
