Yes. The fence surrounds the entire pond. And I added an indicator that flashes if the fence is not powered. I had a gfi outlet go dead and a fisher cat went through the unpowered fence and took several fish. I’m thinking of installing a raccoon net fence from premier1supplies.com. It has tighter openings than my wire, but it does look ugly.
