I don’t think nacht took the appearance of morgen, they’re literally twins, as we can see both of their hairs were black when they were kids. Nacht just changed his hair colour. And his hair colour just returned to its original colour which is black. He didn’t took his brother’s appearance, they’re literally twins.
Fun fact. Lucifuge's name in Latin means "The one that runs from light" so it's appropriate that the one that stopped his ritual is the Light Mage. Also his magic is most likely Time so his only real weakness is Light.
I don't think it's Time. You see, Lucifugus supports (i.e. subordinate) the Top three devil who rule underworld: Gravity (Lucifero), Space(Zenon's Devil) and Time(Unknown). Possible magic of Lucifugus is black flames or decay magic.

I just wanted to point out something from chapter 263: (Shadow Intel). In this chapter Jack, the captain of the Green Mantis, says "Hey... aren't you-?! But your magic was..." and Nacht cuts him off by saying "That man is gone." When I first read this I thought that Nacht lost a piece of his personality because of his devils. I also thought that person with Yami in the flashback was Nacht because they looked so similar but I was wrong. Chapter 263: (Shadow Intel) foreshadows chapter 286: (A Night With No Morning) when we realize that Nacht was not the person we thought he was.

If Lucifugus rules over the devils of time, space, and mass, then perhaps Lucifero is the devil of mass due to his Gravity Magic. If Xenon's devil uses Portal Magic, then it could be the devil of space. However, Megicula doesn't fit with any of the three categories, so he could be lower than Lucifero and Xenon's devil. This means that the devil of time is still out there somewhere...

Nacht became one of my favorite characters as soon as he introduced himself, his backstory makes him even more interesting to me. But sadly, I don’t believe Nacht will live through this arc. He will never join the black bulls officially, he just wants to make his brothers dying will go without vain. And by doing that he’s gonna stop the tree and save Yami.

I might be wrong, but I think Dante was ruling the spade kingdom for a few years at least by the time Nacht was eighteen. And I don't think he would've gained much merit from it because he already had the Dark Triad and Lucifer. Although that chin and mustache did absolutely look like Dante's
This really changed the power dynamic against the devils. Really goes to show if/when the Qliphoth opens up it could be too much for even the characters we got to fight back at all. Lucifero's not even the worst of them potentially.
@@mortis3732 Well as of this chapter it's a bit debatable that he's at least top 3 of the strongest. The Time Devil Lucifugus and whoever turns out to be the Space Devil (maybe Zenon's?) are the 3 rulers so they're most likely around similar levels of strength.

Not saying you’re wrong but He’s human, he isn’t perfect. If you pay attention to that backstory he got consumed by his malice. In theory if Nacht did manage to succeed in taming this high ranking devil he summoned, he would’ve most likely became a villain. His family dying was a lesson for him. Seeing as to Morgen wished for Nacht to be his side while he made the world better I can say he won’t die this arc. He probably has more in store for him and I definitely see him and Asta teaming up since Asta is suppose to remind him of morgen.

Lucifugus is a high tier devil (like the ones Nacht is fighting) who supports the three rulers of the underworld: Gravity Devil (Lucifier), Space Devil, and Time Devil.
I will be more amaze to this if they will make lucifugus to be the son of luciferos and nacht can summon it. 😍😍 this is the best plot for a twin brother story.
Some questions about Morgen It’s heavily implied he had Light magic, cuz he was opposing Nacth and Yami who have “dark” magic. If so that’s wild, I guess he was pretty special then and probably strong enough to be Captain level, atleast in potential. Did his Light Magic amplify Nacth and Yamis?
Weird he hates Yami for something he had no part in, and at the same time he uses his " Surpass my limits here and now" phrase. Black Clover likes this shy admiration between each other, Asta and Yami, Fugi and Nozel etc
I'm assuming the former Devil King (Lucifugus) is the user of Time Magic and Lucifero is the Current Devil King. It was stated that the 3 highest ranking devils uses Gravity, Time and Spatial Magic

I might be wrong, but I think Dante was ruling the spade kingdom for a few years at least by the time Nacht was eighteen. And I don't think he would've gained much merit from it because he already had the Dark Triad and Lucifer. Although that chin and mustache did absolutely look like Dante's

This really changed the power dynamic against the devils. Really goes to show if/when the Qliphoth opens up it could be too much for even the characters we got to fight back at all. Lucifero's not even the worst of them potentially.
I mean Lucifero is on the lowest level of the tree. That must mean he's the one of the most strongest devils right?
@@mortis3732 Well as of this chapter it's a bit debatable that he's at least top 3 of the strongest. The Time Devil Lucifugus and whoever turns out to be the Space Devil (maybe Zenon's?) are the 3 rulers so they're most likely around similar levels of strength.

I don’t believe Lucifugus is the time devil. In the official translation it says that he’s one of the devils who supports the 3 of time, space and gravity.

Not saying you’re wrong but He’s human, he isn’t perfect. If you pay attention to that backstory he got consumed by his malice. In theory if Nacht did manage to succeed in taming this high ranking devil he summoned, he would’ve most likely became a villain.
His family dying was a lesson for him. Seeing as to Morgen wished for Nacht to be his side while he made the world better I can say he won’t die this arc. He probably has more in store for him and I definitely see him and Asta teaming up since Asta is suppose to remind him of morgen.
Just saying most of the black clover back story is very impactful, short but still very informative.
Could have AT LEAST tried the fifth,fourth or even third ranked devil before the highest ranking one.

It’s heavily implied he had Light magic, cuz he was opposing Nacth and Yami who have “dark” magic. If so that’s wild, I guess he was pretty special then and probably strong enough to be Captain level, atleast in potential.
