Daily scalp massage girl. Cant recommend it enough. Ive always had fine hair from my moms side. But the scalp massages have changed my hair thickness and overall shine. 4 minutes total. Neck massage, then scalp and flip head upside down for the last minute or 2.

I just got this in and I love it. I love the scent and I washed a wig I was frustrated with and about to throw away. It softened it. I know it will be better once I add some flexi rods. The spray is a miracle worker

Get you some Camille rose chebe hair cream in the 8 oz blue and white jar. It has clove in it as is very moisturizing should help you get growth. Warning it does smell strong, but it may not bother you.

Hi love!! Check out my PCOS playlist. I discuss thong I try on my hair and what works for me. My LIFTA (leave it alone method) and grease works well for me but I have tried some oils too.
I definitely need to get some of that Jamaican castor oil. Ive been using miracle drops and its ok but im ready to try something else.
