Super Thunder Blade - Mega Drive / Genesis (Playthrough @ 60fps)

Hello and welcome to Retrospot!
This week's video is dedicated to the longplay of Super Thunder Blade.
Super Thunder Blade is a shooter released in 1990 (EU) for the SEGA Mega Drive and was one of seven games available at the European launch of the console.
The game presents itself as the continuation of the 1987 arcade classic: Thunder Blade.
The story (or lack of it) is that we are the pilot of an Apache helicopter that has to destroy everything that appears to him along the 4 levels that compose the game. Despite the few levels, we have guaranteed a few hours of fun and many others of frustration due to the high degree of difficulty.
As it was one of the first titles for the SEGA Mega Drive, it wasn’t able to exploit all the potential of the console, so it is quite basic at all levels.
Super Thunder Blade has a lot of historical meaning by its release date, but as a video game is quite mediocre.
There are other shooters in the SEGA Mega Drive catalog that are far superior.

Ótimo jogo baseado na série Trovão Azul, existe também um jogo para mega drive baseado na série Águia de fogo, gosto muito destes dois jogos! Parabéns pelo canal, resgatando os bons tempos!

Na Europa não chegou a sair o Super Airwolf / Crossfire. Não sabia que existia um jogo baseado na série águia de fogo. Obrigado pela dica e um abraço!
