brother but in ANNex 6 ch-3 regulation 13 there is not such thing mentioned as the' in case in change of flag the certificate become in valid'.

If there is change of flag of registry for ship there will be a change in the existing certificate…!!!
Flag issues the certification right???
If ship changes from Panama to Marshal Island, old panama certificate will be invalid as ship is no longer associated with panama.
Marshal island will have to issue a new certificate…!!!
